Now that we've gotten a look at the upcoming DLC character in 168澳洲幸运5开奖网:Super Smash Bros Ultimate, we have a good idea of what to expect from Min Min on her June 29th release date: zone control, and lots of it. With her excellent reach, projectile-reflecting attack, and good spacing knowledge, Min Min has the potential to be a fiend for players who don't know how to ꩵget in against continuous ranged attacks unscathed.
A basic A or B attack from Min Min is going to cover about half the stage, but also be fairly easy to see coming. To help her compensate with an otherwise easy-to-dodge move, it can be angled up or down, like Pit's arrows. Grab-chaining will likely be an important aspect of her moveset, as she has a generously extended grab range and a successℱful grab will buff her left arm (and subsequently all attacks she makes with it).
Another major factor in Min Min's playstyle is going to be her down B move, which allows her to change the equipped weapon on her right arm. In much the same way that Shulk can switch Monado Arts, Min Min's equipped weapon affects all attacks with that arm. Players will be able to switch between faster, lighter attacks, better utility, or slow but hard-hitting punches. Utilizing the different a𝓰rms and proper spacing will allow Min Min players to control stages very effectively (especially by using the Ramram arm on a ledge).
All these fun zone control moves might make Min Min seemᩚᩚᩚᩚᩚᩚᩚᩚᩚ𒀱ᩚᩚᩚ completely defenseless at close range, but she's got a few tricks up her sleeve in case she's approached. Min Min has both a normal A attack and a closer-range flurry attack that can be used by tapping the button repeatedly instead of pressing it down. Her projectile-reflecting up-tilt also hits like a normal attack - Sakurai recommended using that and her slide attack (down tilt) to get in on opponents.
All these moves don't make her infallible, though. Because Min Min's arms don't appear to have a hitbox on their way back, that means lighter opponents with good timing can roll in or jump over ill-timed punches and punish extremely easily. Slow-moving heavies might have a harder time punishing from range, but if Min Min isn't using her spacing properly, she'll have severe issues even against them. Min 💟Min wants to force opponents to go off stage, but floaty characters or characters with very good recoveries such as Kirby, Jigglypuff, or Snake may be able to circumvent her edge guarding. Finally, Min Min herself has a tether attack for her recovery move - on the wrong stages, that might make it easy to edge guard her back if she goes off stage.
