While you might expect to deal wiꦦth ancient curses or battles, what may catch you off guard are the more grounded issues like broken families, betrayal, or even marriage troubles.

One such situation involves Rigby, whose wife is expecting a child. As they prepare for the birth, they realize they need guid🦩ance on midwifery. Unfortunately, the only written knowledge on the subject is in the hands of Rigby’s rival, Vrell. Because Rigby can’t retrieve the book himself, he turns to you for help, placing you in the middle of a very unexpected and personal conflict.

How To Start The Delicate Matter Quest

After you reach Cuanacht city, make your way to the bridge east of The Menhir statue, w𒀰here you will find a soldier standing along the way.

The soldier's name is Rigby, and when you speak to him, he will ask you to buy a special book for his wife from Vrell's Bookstore.

However, the problem here is that y🎀ou must not mention Rigby's name because they don’t like each other.

So your first step is to make your way to Vrell's Bookstore, which is located just east of the Cuanacht Main Squar🎶e fast travel point.

Go inside the shop and speak with Vrell, and pick the 'I'm looking for a book about pregnancy and labor' dialogue option.

How To Complete The Delicate Matter Quest

Side With Rigby

Once you do, she thinks that the book is for you, so you need to convince her that it really is yours as she will try to have a conversation about it, so make sure your perception is high enough and never mention Rigby at all.

It's best to make a save file just before you start the perception conversation with Vr♉ell just to en🉐sure you’re safe.

After t⛦he conversation, she will finally give you the book. With this, you can simply head back to Rigby and give it t𒀰o him, and this will complete the quest.

Side With Vrell

Now there is another way to get this quest done, and that is by admitting that the book is for Rigby. Sh✅e will tell you her side of the story and offer you a deal.

She will sell you the book he wants, but she will send another book to his wife called The Story of Graint the Unfaithful, which will cause issues between the couple.

Now it’s either you accept this dea💯l or suggest that instead of giving the wife that book, she should just give it to Rigby.

• If you accept her deal, you can go back to Rigby and confront him about lying to you and not sharing the full story. Then you tell him that Vrell will send the book she suggested to his wife.
• If Vrell accepts your counterdeal, then go and deliver the book of the Unfaithful to Rigby in order to teach him some morals. However, he will be selfish and ignorant about it.
