It's never too late to start over.

You'll come across a lot of death in Av൲alon, both what you have to inflict on others to save yourself, and just finding the bodies of those already🐽 dead. The Lair of the Beast is one such place, filled to the brim with bodies, but not all is lost – there's one final spark of life left.

How To Find The Questling Beast Egg

To find the Questling Egg, you'll first need to find the Shrine Of A Forgotten God, which is located near the southeastern tip of the Horn Of The South region.

From the East Gate fast-travel point near Blood Lake, head west, then north to the Gallows, then head through a hole in the wall near the scaffolding that leads to a mountain path.

Follow the path past the single Corpse Eater and a Druidic Shrine, where you can offer animal parts, such as Wolf Fangs or Pelt, for a temporary buff that gives 5 percent Incoming Healing and 3 percent Critical Damage.

If you search the body next to the Corpse Eater, you can find the Swordmaster's Ring, which increases your Attack Speed by two percent, or can be sold for 150 Gold.

Keep following it until you reach a fork in the road. Go right, then up the stairs to the top, and you'll find Caradoc sitting on a stump outside the cave called the Lair of the Beast. While not necessary, you can speak to him for some story-related information and about the cave nearby.

Head inside the Lair of the Beast and keep going forward until you see a massive beast dead on a rock. Go to the left of it, and you'll find a large nest of bodies, and the Questing Beast Egg is in the center.

How To Hatch Qrko The Questling Beast

View of an unorganized inventory focusing on the Questing Beast Egg and showing the current step count in Tainted Grail: The Fall Of Avalon.

To get the Questling Beast Egg to hatch, you'll need to take 5,000 individual steps first, and there are no specifications, so you can run up the step count by walking or running around any area at any time of day.

You can check how many steps you need in total and how many you have left by looking at the description for the Questling Egg in your inventory.

When you've reached 5,000 Steps, you'll need to 168澳洲幸运5开奖网:set up a bonfire and rest there specifically for at least one hour; resting in a sleeping bag or bed found throughout the world won't work.

Before you wake up from the rest, you'll get a cutscene of the egg hatching, netting you the A New Friend Achievement, and giving you a companion known as a Qrko, the Questling Beast, who can be interacted with to pet them, have them do a trick, or get them to wait at a specific spot, such as at a purchasable home.
