Where To Find The Frantic Berserker
Before leaving the Island Asylum, you'll want to take on the Frantic Berserker for some additional experience and ge💎ar. Yo🥂u can find him within the prison, locked away in a cell punching a wall.
To reach his cell, you'll need to enter the room below the bridge, where several Red Priests await. Dispatch them quickly if Caradoc hasn't gotten to them yet, then head down the path through the archway to a pit.
Leap into the pit to find a hoard of bodies, then turn around and use a lockpick to open the sealed door behind you. Head into the tunnel to find the Frantic Berserker's cell.

How To Defeat The Frantic Berserker
There are two ways to go about this fight. You can open the cell door with a key and fight him directly, which is not advised if you haven't found any gear yet, or you can climb along the rocks to an alcove overlooking the cell area.
If you have magic or found a bow and some arrows, this is the perfect place to practice your skills. The cell acts as a pen for the Frantic Berserker, so he can't get out or reach you if you stand on the ledge.
Regardless of how you enter, a cutscene will play that introducesཧ you to this ᩚᩚᩚᩚᩚᩚᩚᩚᩚ𒀱ᩚᩚᩚfearsome fist-wielding foe.
However, you can also gain experience by practicing evasion up close. Hop down into the Frantic Berserker's cell and prepare for a fist fight. Thankfully, he doesn't have any weapons, but the helm he wears will deal damage to you every time you hit him.
Keep moving in circles to stay out of reach while close enough to strike when his defenses are down. He won't take long to beat, and once he's gone, you can collect two rare items.
The Thorn Helmet grants you two armor points while returning five points of physical damage back onto your attacker when their melee attacks land. Additionally, the Athlete's Pride ring will increase your max stamina by five.
