How To Defeat Frithir
Just past the rooftop where you find Perceval waiting for you, there's a twisted bridge leading into a cave. Enter here and progress through the tunnels to find a sealed off, ope🐼n chamber where Frithir float🍷s.
Pass the magical barrier to approach her. She asks you to close your eyes for a moment so she can think clearl﷽y, which won't hurt. Oblige her to speak some more or challenge her right away.
While Frithir maintains a fragment of her humanity, your sins cause her to transform into the monstrous Singworm boss. She's immediately aggressive and sheds her skin to become the Wyrdbeast.
Singworm Boss Fight Strategy
The Singworm itself isn't too powerful, as she is literally just a large worm. However, burrowing in the arena can make it🌸 hard to keep track of Frithir's position.
Thankfully, you don't have to do this unprepared. When Frithir transforms, her equipment drops to the floor. Pick it up to gain the advantage, as her rare gear is enchanted to increase your magic critical chance.
The Corrupted Oracle set is similar to the Tainted Priestess armor, and you can also pick up the key to the temple.
To defeat the Singworm, use spells like Burning Ember to set her on fire. When she lunges for you, evade to the side and slip behind her to deal damage.
When the Singworm burrows, listen for the sound of her digging. Follow it to know where she'll emerge and stand clear. Rinse and repeat until the Singworm is d🅷efeated.
From there, you can look the Singworm to collect the Essence of Sin and the Temple Jail Key, along with a few vials of monster blood.
