For some, the Digimon franchise is just a competitor to the ultra-popular Pokémon games, but even though the two series share a lot in common, they’re also very different franchises that prioritize different things. It’s the story and gameplay where Digimon and Pokémon really differ, but it’s easy 𒐪to just focus on the unbelievable creatures t♏hat are available within the Digital World.
There are all sorts of different Digimon, some of which are so powerful that they threaten the entire ex꧙istence of the Digital World. The creatures come in many shapes and sizes. Accordingly, here are the tallest Digimon in the series, ranked from shortest to tallest.
10 Omegamon
Omegamon, also known as Omnimon, is one of special Royal Knight Digimon and is one of the most powerful creations in the Digital World. The Digimon is the fusion of WarGreymon and MetalGarurumon, but their digivolution is ꧂caused by , which is an anomaly for the species.
Omegamon is huge because he's the combination of two already hefty Digimon. He's a large warrior that also wields a huge sword and shield, plus his arms are literally cannons. There are bigger Digimon out there, but Omegamon still towers over m📖ost of the creatures.
9 💧 ⛎ SkullMammothmon
Digimon come in all , but it stands to reason that any that are modeled after dinosaurs or prehistoric creatures are going to be on the larger size. Mammothmon is a Digimon that's been thawed out of a glacier, and SkullMammothmon is a gho𝐆st Digimon that's the skeleton version of the giant Digimon.
SkullMammothmon is incredibly unnerving, but what's even more bizarre about the undead Digimon is that the skeleton version seems to be slightly larger than 𝄹a standard Mammothmon.🦹 It’s a Digimon that often is proudly on display, showing off its full size.
8 🔯 🐟 Chaosdramon X
Chaosdramon X is an absolute beast of a Digimon in the . All of the machine Digimon are serious threats, but he also has the X Antibody within ⛎him. Chaosdramon X shares a lot in common with fellow , Machinedramon. The difference with Chaosdramon X is that he has the gigantic Red Digizoid cannon equipped to his back. Such a tool allows him to perform Genocide Attacks, and anything of that magnitude of power needs to be of a certain size to withstand the blowback. In addition to his size, Chaosdramon X is completely wild and destructive.
7 UlforceVeedramo🍸🅘n
All of the Digimon that are members of the Holy Knights are large figures that need to exude a feeling of importance, but also handle the important responsibility that they've been entrusted to carry out. UlforceVeedramon is a giant figure and its Blue Digizoid armor gives it an even larger size. A major detail about UlforceVeedramon is that its Victory Sword has the power♔ to cut the sky and split the Earth, which can't be done by a tiny Digimon. Out of all of the Holy Knight Digimon, UlforceVeedramon is at the top.
6 ꦓ 💛Machinedramon
Machinedramon shares a lot in common with Chaosdramon X, but this metal Digimon feels like an even more extreme and perfected version of that Digimon's concept. Machinedramon is made entirely of metal and is compiled from the parts of all the other met🍒al and cyborg Digimon that are out there. It's even speculated that the only reason that these Digimon exist is to help synthesize Machinedramon. Due to how he's comprised of so many other Digimon, it's clear that Machinedramon is massive in size. Even the Giga Cannon that's fashioned to its back is bigger than most Digimon.
5 ౠ Argomon (Ultimate)
Argomon is a mutant Digimon and the different of the creature are all wildly unique in really creative ways. The Ultimate version of Argomon is arguably the largest of the lot and its size is constantly changing. The Ultimate version of Argomon is technically a glitch and created when there was a bug in the system. 🗹The Digimon's body is somewhat standard, but it's the Digimon's tentacles, ivy tendrils, and wings that give it its foreboding stature. The Digimon's extremities can cover vast amounts of space and when Argomon has these elements accentuaﷺted, it’s bigger than most other Digimon.
4 Dexmon
As the Digimon series has gone on, there have been more creatures with surreal designs that test the limits of what is really considered to be a Digimon. Dexmon is hard𒁃er to categorize and he's another entity that's a carrier for the X Antibody. Due to how Dexmon technically has no mass and how it readily absorbs & reassembles matter to become a part of it, its size is often in flux. It’s possible for Dexmon to span vast spaces and take up a ton of the due to how its processes work. Despite its lack of matter, it still feels like an intimidating blanket over the Digital World.
3 Whamon
Whamon may not be the most creative of Digimon designs, both in terms of concept and name, but there's no denying that he's one of the biggest Digimon in the Digital World. Whamon is mode𓆉led after a giant sperm whale and this Digimon equivalent pushes that idea even further. It's one of the biggest aquatic Digimon and in the it's frequently shown in contrast to other Digimon & ships to demonstrate just how big it is. The fact that it can easily consume hundreds of Digimon in its mou꧅th in a single gulp is intimidating in and of itself.
2 🌸 Fangl🐓ongmon
There are plenty of dragon Digimon out there and it's fair to say that they all make for some of the largest Digimon around. Fanglongmon is modeled after the Holy Dragon and is entrusted in the sacred role of the "Digimon Sovereign." Fanglongmon is a complex figure that embodies both light & dark and was actually sealed deep underground for ages. In addition to all of this, the scales that cover his body are so hard that it's impossible to damage the Digimon. It will be interesting to see if this giant shows up in the new
1 ♍ GigaSeadramon
GigaSeadramon is an absolute behemoth that puts most other Digimon to shame. He's probably about the size of a couple thousand Agumon, give or take. MetalSeadramon is already a gigantic nuisance, butꦍ GigaSeadramon grows even bigger and has the X Anti𓂃body inside of it. It's an incredibly agile Digimon & its size covers nearly the entirety of the Net Ocean and is shown to be bigger than other huge Digimon, like Whamon. It's so huge that other Digimon can be loaded inside of it with room to spare.
