Encountered partw🌟ay through the campaign, this cold variant of Stunning Beauty unleashes a flurry of ice attacks that deal serious damage. If you don't scale your survivability, this fight will be extremely difficult for even the most skilled players.

But with the right modules and equipment, the Dead Bride can be bested in a couple of tries, on Normal and Hard difficulties. Let's review how the Dead Bride works, w🦋hat to bring for this fight, and how her unique attacks behave. We'll also cover how to avoid her infamous snow 🎃globe attack.

Dead Bride Overview

Hard Mode

You'll need to heavily invest in survivability before you can attempt Dead Bride on Hard mode. Her enrage bubble can melt you in seconds, and her attacks deal substantially more damage. Scaling your cold resistance to 7,200 isn't practical, but a single cold resistance affix on your reactor should be enough. Scale your HP and DEF rating before attempting this fight.

We also recommend you attempt this fight solo. Despite her high damage output, fighting Dead Bride solo wꦦill substantially reduce her damage and cut her total HP in half. Stay on the move, avoid the frost dome attack when she enrages, and you should come out on top. Bring a strong Thunder Cage or Python build to make short work of her.

Dead Bride Mechanics

Dead Bride is mostly the same as Stunning Beauty. Her weakpoints include her shoulders, chest, and plates beside her knees. She has a fairly slender profile, so you might want to use a precision we🎉apon to break these vulnerable plates from range. Alternatively, you can get up close and barrel stuff her with your choice of SMG or machine gun, but beware of her hard-hitting AoE attacks as you do this.

How To Avoid The Enrage Snow Globe Attack

When Dead Bride's enrage meter fills, she becomes invincible and channels a massive snow globe around her. This globe covers half the arena and deals continuous cold damage to players inside. Grapple away from her the second the boss becomes immune. If you wait unti༺l the snow ♒globe spawns, it's too late.

If your team sticks together and fights outside the globe, Dead Bride will eventually teleport to your location and begin firing upon you. To end the enrage phase, you must destroy the two energy cells on her arm cannon. They're easiest toꦓ shoot while Dead Bride's projecting a snow globe. A sniper rifle or hand cannon modded for weakpoint damage should be able to break both caꦿnisters in a few shots.

Dead Bride's enra🌌ge phase will automatically end after 60 seconds. Snow globes will despawn shortly thereafter.

Notable Attacks

Excluding the snow globe attack, there are only two attackജs you need to be wary of throughout the fight:

1. Ice Slam: Dead Bride will float in the air and project an array of ice shards. After a few seconds, the shards will slam into the ground, dealing massive cold damage.
2. Rocket Barrage: Dead Bride will extend her arms and fire a series of rockets in your direction, slowing you if they hit.

Dead Bride also has a beam attack while she's enraged, which will freeze you for a few seconds if it connects. If you see a white beam tracking your character, roll immediately. The rest of her attacks can be avoided simp🅠ly by strafing. Find cover if you need it, kill the adds to spawn HP cubes, and focus on damaging the Dead Bride's weakpoints. With some practice and a good weapon, you should be able to clear this fight in a few tries.

Recommended Loadouts

This boss is highly vulnerable to SMGs, hand cannons, and fire damage. You ideally want to bring an SMG 168澳洲幸运5开奖网:modded for fire damage. Thunder Cage with an ATK power build is all you'll need for Normal mode. 𒊎Throw on an Energy Activator, and that weapon can handle Hard difficulty just as well.

Normal Mode

For a Normal mode clear, we recommend using Bunny and Thunder Cage, two items you are guaranteed to earn during the campaign. Bunny is a fairly squishy character that doesn't deal much damage by default, but you can scale her survivability with Increased HP, Increased DEF, and Cold Antibody. This🔜 will make you more than tanky enough to absorb most of the Dead Bride's attacks. Use your third ability to clear adds.

Our weapon of choice is Thunder Cage. It has great base damage, moderate fire rate, good critical stats, and exploits Dead Bride's weakness to burst damage. We use a generic ATK build here, utilizing Rifle Reinforcement with Action and Reaction to substantially increase the gun's base damage. Fire Enhancement exploits Dead Bride's weakness to fire, Fire Rate UP buffs your burst DPS, and Expand Weapon Charge makes reloads less frequent.

Hard Mode

We highly recommend you play as Gley in Hard mode. She gives your weapons infinite ammo and scales your firearm ATK rating. For weapons, Thunder Cage works just as well in Hard mode as it did in Normal. If you want to mix it up, Python is also a good pick if you have good aim.

Our Gley build focuses on survivability first and ammo uptime second. Increased HP and Increased DEF substantially increase your survivability. We then use HP Collector to restore HP as we kill fodder enemies. Throw on duration and cooldown modules to maximize the uptime of your third ability.

Our weapon build is for the Thunder Cage, a critical-focused SMG. You don't need all of these modules to kill Dead Bride. Scaling your base damage and base damage should be enough. If you throw on some Crysಌtallization Catalysts, start speccing for critical hit chance and damage.

Dead Bride Tips

• Stay on the move. You can avoid most of the Dead Bride's attacks by strafing. SMGs are perfect for this playstyle.
• Mod for fire damage. This boss is highly vulnerable to all sources of fire damage, including Fire Enhancement modules on weapons.
• Grapple out of the snow globe. You can use your grappling hook to quickly escape Dead Bride's snow globe attack.
  • Long-Distance Maneuvering and Mid-Air Maneuvering are ideal for this.
