Although the rifle and two handguns that Ellie carries during her and Dina’s first day in Sea🎐t💜tle will be more than adequate, players will also want to be sure to snag the Pump Shotgun for those up close and personal encounters.
Once Ellie fills the gas can at the courthouse, players will be able to explore downtown Seattle. After visiti♒ng the music store, the bank is hinted at as another potential location to explore. Do it! After all, you can’t really stock up on too many supplies before heading off to wage war on the WLF.
The entrance to the bank is actually below the crumbling building. Ellie and Dina will h൩ave to venture through an underground tunnel before popping out in the lower vault level of the bank.
They’ll be greꦺeted by a handful of body armor-wearing infected - including two Clickers - which will need to be dealt with either stealthily or by going in guns ablazin’.
Once the infected are taken care of, make your way to the back of the room and head into the room that is filled with safe lockboxes. It’s here that Ellie and Dina discover that the 🍎last people who were here were bandits in a bank heist gone awry.
Picking up the note from one of the decaying bodies reveals the c𓄧ombination code to the safe, which is:
60-23-06
Entering the code will open the massive vault, with the first thing to greet Ellie being the Pump Shotgun loaded with three bullets. A lockbox in the back-right corner of 🤪the room also reveals a ring that Ellie can pocket. Finally, a note can be snagged from the center table detailing the untimely end of one of the bank robbers (whose gun you are🌸 now the proud owner of).
Be on your guard as you leave the vault, though, as you’ll be greeted by a Runner and a Clicker. Sure, this would be a🔥 great time to test out the Pump Shotgun, but why not save your ammo for when you REALLY need it?
