168澳洲幸运5开奖网:The most award-winning video game and Playstation Exclusive of all time, 168澳洲幸运5开奖网:The Last of Us Part 2, is known for its fair share of🌌 recognizably memorable moments and quotes. This is due to the thanks from the development of special characters, both new and old.
Character Tommy, brother to Joel, was initially left short of screen time in the first game to the series, The Last of Us Part 1. Naughty Dog made sure to show developments to his character through the new and latest release of the game in 2020. He's immediately placed in the opening scene and has many eviden🅺t features throughout the remainder of the game. Tommy's memorable quotes are one of the many aspects that contributed to the game's success and fan-favorite scenes.
10 "I'll Take It▨ To The Grave, If I Have To."
"About what we were talking about earlier..." - Tommy
Throughout both The Last o🐭f Us games, we've seen Tommy's loyalty to his brother, Joel, in a variety of portrayals. In the opening scene of The Last of Us Part 2, we see Joel coming clean to Tommy about the extent that he had to go🀅 to to save Ellie's life and sacrificing the immunity for mankind.
Despite how shocked♋ Tommy might have been to Joel's admission, he later opens up to his brother to tell him that he'll take it to the gra꧋ve and ultimately, keep the promise that he's been trusted with.
9 ๊ "Don't You Do It, Ellie! Get Out Of Here!"
Not only do Tommy's loyalties lie with his brother, b꧙ut they also lie with the people around him. After Abby tracks Tommy and the others down, his protective instinct is instantly evident as he wants Ellie to protect herself rather than face Abby and Lev.
It is thanks to Tommy that Ellie was able to get away from Abby as he attacks her when her back is turned. Abby proceeds to shoot Tommy and the scene quickly changes, leaving those playing to believe that Tommy has also fallen victim to Abby. It isn't until a later scene that we're able to see that Tomꦯmy is very much alive but is limping and also partially blind.
8 💃 "They Got What They Deserved."
"But she gets to live." - Ellie, "Is that ok?" - Tommy
Ellie wa꧋s left traumatized after an encounter where she killed Owen and a pregnant Mel. She was left suffering, having what appeared to be an anxiety att💦ack after realizing the circumstances. Tommy found her in the state that she was in and then escorted her away from the situation.
After speaking with Elli🧸e in a later scene, Tommy can see that Ellie is disturbed by the situation due to her being visibly quiet. Assuring her that they got what they deserved, Ellie was still left unsatisfied due to Abby's fate. This quote comes only minutes before Abby sneaks into the building, holding Tommy at gunpoint and killing Jesse as he and Ellie run in after hearing the commoti𝓰on.
7 "To Have The Guys That We Would Need… ꩲTo Do This Smart… We Would Be Leaving Jackson Vulnerable."
This heartfelt scene between🌠 Tommy🥀 and Ellie is one of the most memorable of the entire game as things get raw and personal after what must only be very soon after the death of Joel. Ellie is adamant that she wants to hunt for Abby and the others to seek revenge, yet Tommy is insistent that it may not be the best idea as he finds excuses to think otherwise.
The conversation ends and he makes Ellie promise to give him a day to convince his wife, Maria, and ultimately think about the decision of hunting Abby and her friends before running into things. We learn that this was Tommy's way of deceiving Ellie as the next day, Maria comes to see Ellie and tell her that Tommy has already left to find Abby, to which she tells Ellie, "Bring my dumbass husband home in one piece, please."
6 "You Gonna Kill Me Like A Coward?" 🦹
There is no doubt that there's an underlying hatred between Tommy and Abby after she murdered Joel. The two of them even had a surprising run-in within Abby's POV gameplay where she and Manny attempt to t🌜ake out a sniper who in fact is Tommy. Having a brief fight after Tommy kills Manny, Tommy falls over the edge of the pier and falls into the sea.
Later on in the game when Tommy and Ellie reunite again, Abby breaks into the theater where Dina and Jesse are also hiding out. After a conversation about how they're planning their trip back to Jackson, Tommy walks off into the th🥀eatre alone, where he's confronted by Abby who has snuck in with the intention of doing harm after he and Ellie have killed her friends. With a gun to his head, he asks Abby, without even having to turn around to see who it is, if she is going to kill him like a coward.
5 "I'm Not Supposed To Say Any𝕴thing... But Joel's Worried About You."
🅷Flashback scenes are arguably the best moments of the entire game. In this extremely memorable flashback scene, Tommy teaches Ellie how to u📖se a sniper rifle to take out some infected. After a bonding session between the two of them, Tommy openly tells Ellie that Joel is worried abo𝓰ut her.
This conversation comes soon before Tommy convinces Ellie and Joel to venture out together to a music store. The outing then leads to Ellie ﷽asking Joel again about the truth of what happened with the Fireflies, which Joel denies yet again. But thanks to Tommy, his good choice of words works well in an attempt to resolve awkward conversations and resolve any tension. Thanks to Tommy, he is probably one of the reasons why Ellie and Joel's choice of resolving issues in the final flashback was better than we could have ever imagined.
4 🥃 "Reckon It's Easy... To Forget About Her When You're Sitting All Comfy Way Out Here?"
In a pivotal moment of the entire game, Ellie is at an awkward decision of whether she wants to forget about pursuing revenge and not let it overwhelm herꦆ, or whether she wants to live a somewhat 'normal' life and pursue her relationship with Dina. At a time where Ellie is trying to come to terms with what she wants, Tommy tries to convince her to finally kill Abby after a♈ sighting.
Ellie 🔯initially doesn't listen to Tommy but his words obviously sting deep as it evidently stays with her in later events that unfold. She is reminded of the screams of Joel's death and after Tommy's conversation, she is left with no other choice to what she thinks is best and decides to pursue revenge.
3 🔴 "Hey. I'🍨m Tommy. That's Joel. What's Your Name?"
Mayꦆbe the biggest possible mistake Tommy makes is when he openly reveals who he and Joel are to Abby after saving her life from a huge herd of infected. To his mistake, the look on Abby's face is evident to us players now that she was in a state of realization to🎃 who had actually saved her from a close call with death.
This quote is practically unforgettable. You'd wi💯sh that Tommy held back on introducing himself to Abby as it determined Joel's fate too soon. However, as Abby reaches safety in the Baldwin house, Joel and Tommy again introduce themselves into the new crowd of people who are Abby's friends. As much as we want Joel alive, any quote, removed or added, probably wouldn't help us to protect Joel.
2 "'I'll Makꦇe Her Pay.' That's What You Sai꧟d When We Got Back To Jackson - What A Joke."
When Tommy approached this conversation, theꦬre's little doubt that he probably knew it wouldn't be an easy topic of discussion. Dina initially told Tommy on behalf of Ellie that they don't want to get involved and are done with seeking the death of Abby. Ellie then proceeded to tell Tommy that she's sorry, and obviously not interested in purs🃏uing the sighting that Tommy described.
After hoping Ellie would agree to what he was asking for, Tommy proceeded to say rather hurtful words to Ellie that he knew would hit home. Reminiscing on times before Dina and Ellie were 'comfy' on the farm, Tommy's attempt of portraying the real world to Ellie ultimately i🌊s the reason why she decides to seek down Abby for the final time𒊎.
1 ༺ "Jesus Christ Joel. What'd You Do?"
"And because of her... They were actually going to make a cure. The only catch... It would kill her." - Joel
This is perhaps one of the most highly anticipated moments of the seven-year gap between releases of the game. Naughty Dog developers made sure tꦬo include this scene between Tommy and his brother, Joel, as the very opening scene of the game. In it, Joel comes clean to🌌 Tommy about the extent he had to go to to save Ellie's life.
The firওst release of The Last of Us ended as Joel promised Ellie that he was telling her the truth about her immunity, which of course was a lie. The reaction to this, especially by Ellie, but also by Tommy, the only standing person (besid𝕴es Maria) that knew of Joel's truth, was an anxious wait. Before Joel had a chance to even describe what he had done, Tommy could only act in shock at the thought of what could've possibly happened.
