As 168澳洲幸运5开奖网:The Last of Us Part II nears its release date, Naughty Dog has been offering more information and explaining new improvements that players can expect when the full game releases. In this week's video, the development studio decided to focus in on th🧸e game mechanics and the overall gameplay experience.
Aside from covering aspects that players may already know about like stealth, combat, and a dedicated jump button, the game's level design and world were talked about and how much of a role they'll play. According to the video, the levels in The Last of Us Part II are going to be far🌠 more open than the series' first installment. In fact, the game is going to ღbe so open that some players may end up missing “full scripted” events and story moments.
"In this game, we’ve gone so far in making the level design open that there are actually entire story moments, entire combat encounters, full scripted sequences that you may completely miss, " Anthony Newman, who is the co-game director, explained in the video. In other words, it would seem that being more adventurous and exploring one's surroundings can prove to be very beneficial. Players will be rewarded for their curiosity, which in return will allow them to wit💟ness scripted events and combat scenarios which might end up giving them a variety of items perfect for crafting.
Speaking of crafting, the developers stated that Ellie’s selection of tools will be much more robust this time around. As expected, exploration will allow players to𒅌 find a variety of crafting materials that can be used to make things like land mines, suppressors, ammunition, healing items, and a lot more. One interesting thing to note is that no matter what players do, ther💞e won't be enough resources to fully upgrade the player's character in one playthrough. As such, players will have to live with their decisions by upgrading and crafting what they see fit the most. In return, the developers stated that every upgrade will be sustainable.
There are two more deep dive 🃏developer diaries left to share with fans until the game comes out exclusively for the PS4 console on June 19. The next developer diary is scheduled for May 27, while the last one is scheduled for June 3.
