19 Boss Maps

Arcade, Theater, Garage, Hospital Basement, Rattler Base, & Hillcrest

You'll start with the Arcade Bloater as the first boss and then unlock the others while you complete each run.

The three others can only be identified by story progression in the main game. The encoun🦂ters here feel very similar to your experience in the main game, where Stalkers, a phase of Cordyceps between Runners and Clickers, flank Ellie. Though you get more of a variety of infected enemies on this map, it’s 🌺still just as creepy and stressful.

17 Motel Lobby 🌳

The M𒀰otel Lobby appears in one of Ellie’s flashbacks with Joel. Like many places they scavenge, ꦦthe motel is infested with Cordyceps. The Motel Lobby doesn’t offer a lot of room for error, primarily if you’re in a Hunted encounter. The space is mostly open, making stealth basically impossible.

𒐪You’ll need to be strategic when navigating this map by taking advantage of the few cover points available to you. Hide behind whatever you can to﷽ put some space between you and enemies. Even if you only get a second of relief, that second can make all the difference.

16 🀅 Restau𝐆rant

The Restaurant map is similar to Office 1F and 2F in that it’s dark, falling apart, 168澳洲幸运5开奖网:and swarming with infected enemies. Because the area is so dark, yoꦉu can fe👍el lost, leaving you vulnerable to close combat attacks.

Enemies can come from virtually anywhere because of all the damage to the building’s walls. There are plenty of hidden entryways and exits on the map, but th💟ey won’t be helpful to you if you can’t find them.

You’ll recognize the Resort from the end of The Last of Us Part 2 when Ellie travels to Santa Barbara and faces the Rattlers, a dangerous enemy faction. In No Return, the Resort's layout resembles an arena with varying vantage points.

Overall, the map is a bit too open and leaves you feeling exposed. The stairs leading you in and out of each floor can also act as bottlenecks if you're trying to be stealthy. You may have better luck surviving this map if you’re in a pair so that you can cover more ground.

14 Gondꦰola Stationꦏ

Like in the main story, the Gondola Station is unforgiving and ripe for open combat. The map offers little cover and is usually best suited for Hunted miss💫ions. Your best chance of survival is having 🌜a double-barrel shotgun upgraded for reload time and fire rate.

Characters like Joel and Manny are well-equipped for these types of maps because of the weaponry available to them. While waiting for enemies to show up, you should take advantage of the waiting period to set up traps in potential entryways, which can also make💛 Dina a great asset.

The supermarket is one of the few maps with snow, which can make it appealing if y🌄ou prefer this kind of ꧃weather. The map is relatively small, which can be a disadvantage when trying to maintain space from enemies. Still, you can leverage a decent amount of cover in Hunted or Assault encounters.

On the one hand, it’s easier to navigate, and you ꧃can anticipate the direction enemies are coming from, but on the other hand, there isn’t too much room to avoid close combat. Ultimately, the map isn’t very memorable in comparison to others, but it has its perkꦗs.

Many of the Santa Barbara maps start to blend together because of the similar architecture. State Street is very similar to where the Rattler Captain boss takes place. The map is slightly more open than the Resort, as it's less enclosed with surrounding structures for cover.

If you enjoyed the Santa Barbara setting, you’ll probably feel right at home here. S🥂tate Street doesn’t offer anything♐ too special or unique, but you might prefer it to the Resort map layout.

The Brewery is one of the more unique maps available to you. This is one of the maps where you'll need your flashlight, as it's very dark. The ground level of the map places you in knee-deep water, which can be an inconvenience due to noise and slower movement. However, the water can actually benefit you if your encounter includes a mod for invisible enemies.

When facing invisible enemies, you can observe the movement in the wat🐟er to indicate if an enemy is near, so you might be able to see them before they attack. In contrast, the upper level is generally much easier to navigate. The second floor provides more room to run from enemies, so you can avoid being cornered.

10 Jackson
