Here's Your First Look At The Last Of Us Season 2
The first image shows Pedro Pascal as Joel, who looks significantly older than he did in the show's first season. This is most noticeable with his hair, which is longer (just like Joel's was in The Last of Us Part 2) and even seems to be a little greyer. He's also sporting the same coat that he wears in the game, which is a nice touch.
Fans of The Last of Us Part 2 will almost definitely reco👍gnise that this first image hints that the show is recreating the moment that Ellie yells at Joel during the Jackson barn dance.
We also get our first official look at Bella Ramsey as Ellie in The Last of Us' second season. As you can probably tell from the winter get-up that Ellie wearing, this scene seems to take place on the hunt that she and Dina go on in the opening chapters of the game. The show will likely do a few things differently, but it seems like it's at least recreating the opening pretty faithfully.
Sadly, the post doesn't show off any other characters other than Ellie and Joel and still has the same 2025 date that we received earlier this year, so we'll have to make do with these new images of the pair for now.
