168澳洲幸运5开奖网:Trails from Zero is the fourth game in the Trails series. The Trails in the Sky trilogy occurred beforehand; the direct sequel, Azure, occurs ꧋shortly thereafter; the more well-known Col𝓡d Steel quadrology occurs both during and after; Reverie and beyond continue the timeline ever further into the future.
That's a lot of Trails. More than enough to scare off many prospective new players. We'd like to emphasize that Trails from Zero is a fine starting point! It's not as rough an issue as it sounds. It does, however, mean missing out on the severity of certain plot threads. Here's what you need to know.
6 🔯 Estelle And Joshua Are More Seasoned Than They Seem
The Trails in the Sky trilogy is oddly-structured. The second game is a direct sequel to the first, whereas the third is more of a spinoff featuring a different protagonist (albeit one who has already been introduced). It's perhaps fairer to say, then, that Trails in the Sky is a duology followed by another game with sharp familiarity.
In any case, Estelle and Joshua Bright, the leading heroine and hero of the first two Sky games, have been through a lot together. Players will get more than a hint of that throughout the course of Trails from Zero, as the Special Support Section assumes there's more to the duo than meets the eye despite their young age. Eventually, Lloyd and friends learn the whole truth of the Brights' past — but it's largely glossed-over for the audience, who are assumed to already know it well.
Here's a quick rundown for the rest of you. Trails in the Sky: First Chapter has an old-school flavor, as young Estelle and Joshua start out as total bracer rookies, going from one town in the Liberl Kingdom to the next and taking care of increasingly sizable issues. By the end of that game, their talents are recognized when they work together to prevent disaster in Liberl's capital. Second Chapter, however, expands the scope considerably. Their melancholic journey concludes with a mission to save the entirety of the kingdom, and potentially the entire continent.
Yeah, they play it off wi𒆙th great modesty. But Estelle and Joshua are JRPG protagonists to their core.
5 🌱 Everything Renne 𓆉
For someone who was introduced as a major antagonist in Trails in the Sky: Second Chapter, Renne has a lofty role in Trails from Zero. An ex-murderess whose origins are even more tragic than one might suspect, the young girl has had quite a journey up through this point, including beginning to come to terms with who she is, continuously eluding Estelle's lovingly sisterly efforts, and traveling through another dimension in Trails the 3rd.
Renne's story continues here, moving forward into Azure, Cold Steel, and beyond. But Trails from Zero tells a crucial chapter, illustrating to new players and series veterans alike just how fiercely intelligent she is — and how far Estelle is willing to go to bring her into the Bright light.
4 Mish♏y Truly Is A Big Deal ൩
Tio's adoration for an icon in the world of plush mascots wonderfully contrasts her otherwise deadpan nature. The way she clearly tries to hide it reminds us she's still a kid despite her, well, rather Renne-like advances in comprehension and intellect.
The Trails of Cold Steel games reveal Mishy to be an even bigger deal with the Zemurian public than Crossbell's parade insinuates. At Thors Academy, the sheer amount of Mishy references is nigh-unstoppable, with games, dolls, and even something of an 'arc' involving the mysterious appearance of rival Mecha Mishy. It's a lot.
"Let's dance and make a wishy... with Mishy."
3 Lechter's Certainly A Strange One
Okay, so admittedly, this one is less about previous games and more about the games to come. We've avoided this approach for the most part, since Trails from Zero sets up so many new characters for far larger arcs further down the line, but Lechter Arundel is such a strange fellow that he practically demands to be explained here and now.
And... we won't do that, because it would spoil critical events in the Cold Steel games. But we will say that, for those of you who have seen where his character is headed, the aloofness he portrays here is downright impressive. It's sort of like Olivier, whose debut in Trails in the Sky: First Chapter came with plenty of winks and nods as to the fullness of his identity; Lechter blends half-truths, full truths, and outright lies, leaving the SSS, and every Trails from Zero player, shrouded.
2 𝐆 ไ The Red Constellation Revelation
The Red Constellation is a powerful jaeger corps. For the uninitiated, jaeger corps are essentially the Zemurian continent's name for private military companies. The Red Constellation are of particular intrigue, dating back to the Dark Ages and carrying on with an established patriarch through family lineage ever since.
Randy spends much of Trails from Zero as ever the duty-shirking womanizer, and frankly, it suits him. But the origin of his antics appears to be as simple and straightforward as his days with the Crossbell Defense F🎃orce. Randy had a whole life before that, as 21-year-olds in JRPGs so often, so incredulously, do.
But enough about that, as the answers to this come later, not earlier. What players of previous Trails games do know in advance is thꦅat the Red Constellation has risen in power recently out in the Calvard Republic, and famed S-rank Bracer Cassius Bright, father of Estelle and adoptive father of Joshua, has set out to investigate.
1 ও Kilika Is Rather Well-Informed
The length of the Trails series can be terrifying to newcomers, but it has some serious advantages as well. Only in long-running fictional universes can stories like Kilika Rouran's fully shine. We meet her as the Zeiss Bracer Guild's receptionist in the Kingdom of Liberl, back in Trails from the Sky: First Chapter. Her role expands in Second Chapter, but it's not until Trails in the Sky: The 3rd that we learn she's gone on something of a personal pilgrimage across the continent.
Whereas other, shorter, series would be content with telling us this has happened and catching up with her once or twice, Trails goes for the long road. Kilika's interactions with the SSS in Trails from Zero form just one piece of the woman's character development, with further prominence in Trails to Azure as well as the as-yet English-untitled Kuro no Kiseki games.
