How To Complete Vah Ruta
You have to follow multiple steps to complete Vah Ruta. Here is every ꩲstep you 𓄧should take how to find each chest.
How To Enter Vah Ruta
First, you have to travel to Zora's Domain in the Lanayru region of Hyrule. You then have to speak with King Dorephan, and he will tell you to gather 20 168澳洲幸运5开奖网:Shock Arrows from Ploymus Mountain. You can sneak around the ಌLynel on the mountain to collect Shock Arrows that are all around the environment.
If you don't fancy taking on a Lynel right now, you can travel down to Lurelin Village in the south and purchase Shock Arrows at the market there.
Next, you have to report back to King Dorephan. He will give y𓂃ou a new assignment that involves going insi🔯de of Vah Ruta, so you need to travel to the nearby lake.
When you arrive at the lake, Sidon will allow you to jump on his back while he swims around Vah Ruta. During this sequence, you have to use the Cryonis ability to shatter blocks of ice that the Divine Beast throws at you.
Occasionally, Sidon will throw you into the air, and you can use a bow with Shock Arrows to destroy the pink orbs on Vah Ruta's exterior.
There are four of these pink orbs in total, and once you destroy all of them, you will gain access to Vah Ruta and♒ the puzzles in🌜side it.
How To Solve Every Puzzle In Vah Ruta
When you enter Vah Ruta, use the Cryonis ability to open a gate and activate the terminal in the main room to access the Vah Ruta map. You can use this map to change Vah Ruta's position.
You can open a chest nearby this terminal to collect an Ancient Spring; however, you first have to use the Magnesis ability to lift the chest out of the water.
There are five terminals you have to activate inside Vah Ruta.
The First Terminal
The first terminal is simple, as all it requires is for you to move the gear in a circular motion with the Magnesis ability. This gear is inside the main room in Vah Ruta, so you can find it♕ immediately after entering the Divine Beast.
Once you activate the terminal, walk up to the next level, and then you'll notice a platform moving in a circular motion.
The Second Terminal
You have to use the Cryonis ability to stop the platform from moving; however, you have to time Cryonis so that the platform stops in a way that allows you to access the next terminal.
Once you do this, you can walk onto the platform and activate the terminal.
You can open a treasure chest nearby by using the Cryonis ability to stop the platform at a specific location so that you c๊an walk up to open the chest. Your reward will be a🎃 Silver Rupee.
The Third Terminal
Make your way to the next floor up, and you'll come across an eyeball — destroy it to continue. Then, use your map to change Vah Ruta's position by moving its trunk upward.
Walk to the nearby gear when Vah Ruta correctly positions it to get yourself to the next terminal and an extra chest.
To get to the terminal, you also have to use the Stasis ability on the glowing ball to hold the d🍌oor to the terminal in pla𒊎ce. Walk into the terminal room and interact with it.
For the chest, you need to use the Stasis ability on a block next to the chest to freeze it in place. This treasure chest contains an Ancient Core.
If you don't manage to get to the spot with the terminal or chest, then you can try again by repositioning Vah Ruta.
The Fourth Terminal
There's a terminal at the top of Vah Ruta. There's a hole at the top of the Divine Beast that you can jump into; however, there's another eye that you have to defeat inside it.
Use the Magnesis ability to turn a gear on the wall and a new hole in the ce💟iling will open. This hole is above the pit of fire below you.
You now have to position Vah Ruta so that its trunk is shooting water into the hole in the ceiling so that it can put out the fire. Use your map to change Vah Ruta's position until the water is shooting onto the fire.
Once Vah Ruta puts out the fire, 🔴you 💫can access the next terminal.
The Fifth Terminal
Move to the top of Vah Ruta and locate the trunk. You have to glide over to the top of the trunk, which is where the final terminal sits.
Depending on where you have the trunk positioned, you may have to reposition it again. Once you are at the end of the trunk, you will have to reposition Vah Ruta again so that you can access the ledge with the terminal.
Vah Ruta's trunk also has a chest on it. Change the position of th🔯e trunk while standing on it to get to the chest with ten Ice Arrows; you will also have to defeat a nearby hostile eye.
Activate the terminal and then head back to the main room in Vah Ruta, where you can ac🥃cess the area to fight Waterblight Ganon, the bo♚ss of this Divine Beast.
The Chests
There are a few more chests you can loot inside of Vah Ruta.
- Close to the platform with the Guardian Scout, you can change Vah Ruta's position and destroy an eye to claim a chest with an Ancient Shaft inside it.
- There's a chest near the top of the waterfall inside Vah Ruta, which contains a Knight's Halberd.
- The final chest is next to the giant gear, on a platform with a hostile eye; defeat the eye and open the chest to receive ten Fire Arrows.
How To Defeat Waterblight Ganon In Vah Ruta
Going into this fight, you'll notice that the room is full of water, apart from a few platforms — this is where you will be fighting.
First Phase
The first thing you need to prepare yourself for is Waterblight Ganon's spear attacks. Waterblight Ganon carries a spear with a long-range, so the boss can attack you even while you are far away from it.
However, if you move too far away from Waterblight Ganon, then it will start to throw the spear at you, which you will also need to dodge.
Both of these attacks are swift, so stay alert at all times and prepare yourself to dodge regardless of how far away you are from the boss. Waterblight Ganon can also throw the spear into the ground to create a shockwave in the room.
Second Phase
When Waterblight Ganon reaches half health, he will start to throw ice blocks at you. The Cryonis ability can destroy these ice blocks, but it's difficult since you have to focus on fighting the boss and destroying the ice blocks simultaneously.
If you struggle with destroying the ice blocks in time, you can jump into the water and hide behind the small platforms in the water. The blocks will break upon impact, and you'll be protected. However, you should avoid staying in the open water, as it's impossible to dodge or attack while swimming.
You can also use the Cryonis ability to create your own ice blocks in the water to protect yourself. Bear in mind that these blocks will also break once hit, though.
Using your bow at this point in the fight is a good idea since Waterblight Ganon moves higher up in the air at low health, and you'll be moving around a lot to dodge Waterblight Ganon's attacks.
Defending yourself from Waterblight Ganon's attacks isn't the only thing you need to worry about; you also need to deal a lot of damage to it before you can win the fight. Most weapons work against Waterblight Ganon, so you can use swords, bows, or any other weapon of your choice to deal dam🌺age to the boss.
Another way to deal with Waterblight Ganon is by using the Cryonis ability to destroy the spear it carries. The ice blocks you spawn can destroy the spear, which will forc🌳e Waterblight Ganon to fix it in a short sequence that allows you to attack the boss.
One of the best ways to deal damage to Waterblight Ganon is by using your bow to shoot at its eye, which deals extra damage and may stun it. When it's stunned, it will fall to the ground, allowing you to get free hits in until it recovers.
Keep damaging Waterblight Ganon, and eventually, you'll defeat it, which will signal the end of Vah Ruta's tasks.
Every Reward You Earn For Completing Vah Ruta
The chests inside Vah Ruta reward you with 100 rupees, an Ancient Core, ten Fire Arrows, ten Ice Arrows, an Ancient Shaft, an Ancient Spring, and a Knight's Halberd.
Along with rewards inside the chests, you also earn one Heart Container when you defeat Waterblight Ganon at the end of the Vah Ruta.
Additionally, defeating Waterblight Ganon allows you to use the Mipha's Grace ability. Mipha's Grace is an ability that heals you and grants extra hearts temporarily whenever Link loses all of his hearts. However, this ability can 𓆏only activ🌠ate once every 24 minutes.
