Where To Find Elder Silv
From the waypoint outside the Rock-Roast Quarry, or the restored Goron City rift, head east. Use your echoes to climb up along the cliffs, dodging the enemies that drop bombs around you. As you head north, make your way across the lava.
Use the lava rock echo to ride the stream of lava higher. Circle around the cliffs towards the south until you see a waypoint below.
Hop down and interact with it for easy travel later.
From here, head northeast into the Lizalfos Burrow. Inside, you'll find Elder Silv curled up. He mentions new and shadowy Lizalfos within🌠 the burrow, but he was unable to 💟defeat them.
Head further into the burrow and use your echoes and swordfighter form to defeat the standard Lizalfos enemies in the subsequent rooms. In the first room, there are two level one Lizalfos enemꦍies. They're easy enough to defeat with swordfighter form, but don't let your guard down.
There's a treasure chest here that contains five rocktatoes!
The second room will lock you in and pit you against two level two Lizalfos enജemies. These are a bit tougher, but still manageable. Using your Darknut echo to keep one busy while you finish off the other.
In the third room, you'll face a Fire Keese and level two Lizalfos in a narrow corridor. Watch out for the fiery spots on the floor and use your bow to take down the Keese.
How To Defeat The Dark Lizalfos
Inside the next chamber, you'll finally confront the dark Lizalfos that Elder Silv mentioned. There are a total of five to start with, but Darston takes two of them out himself by causing the cavern to shake.
Once Darston's attack eliminates two of the dark Lizalfos, the last three are up to you. Keep your distance from them as best you can to minimize the time spent in close combat.
If you're careful, you can skirt around each Lizalfos so that you only have to fight one at a time.
After the dark Lizalfos are slain, you'll return to Elder Silv at the entrance. Darston will meet you there and ask about a shortcut to the crater, but Elder Silv do♌esn't have any new information.
