Since this is but one of several of the quests that relate to the overarching "Potential Princess Sightings!" quest, you'll trigger its beginning by speaking to Penn at the Highland Stable.

Our feathered reporter friend tells us of talk he's heard around the stable from travelers saying they're hearing a creepy female voice coming from the nearby Flural Plain during the nighttime hours. It sounds like the voice is threatening to kill passersby unless they surrender their weapons to it.

Not sure whether this cruel threat could be coming from Zelda, you agree to help Penn go investigate the nearby Flural Plain at night.

If you'd like to do the quest right away, but it's not nighttime, sit by the fire or rent a bed at the inn to pass the time. Either way, when it's nighttime, you'll find Penn waiting for you by the stable gate. When he's there, speak to Penn to begin the adventure.

Once you're in position, follow the sound of the echoing voice to center in on its source - the Haran Lakefront Well, hiding just out of sight behind a tree in the field outside the stable. Jump into the well once you've found it.

There, you'll meet a woman named Sagessa who's been singing a beautiful song of storms down there, because she likes how her voice sounds with the reverb off the stones. Good thing you've arrived - she wasn't sure why people kept dropping a stash of weaponry by the well's entrance.

Penn will call you back to the surface for a summary and to give you your reward for helping him, which scales the more quests you💧 do for the "Potential Princess Sightings!&🧜quot; quest line, and the quest will be marked as complete.

Before leaving the area, return to the well - with no use for them herself, Sagessa won't mind if you take the bounty of weapons that people had tossed down to her.
