One Twitter user joked about the return of the infamous gloves that were given out by Nintendo in the early 2000’s. In order to win certain minigames in Mario party, yo🎀u were required to rotate the analog stick at a rapid pace. Because of the design and placement of the analog stick ꦛon the controller, some found it easier and more effective to use their palm rather than their thumb. This caused many parents to report their children getting hand injuries - ranging from blisters to friction burns and lacerations. This led to a complaint from the New York Attorney General’s office and resulted in Nintendo providing gloves for over 1.2 million fans.

The return of the controllers come as a result of Ni🎃ntendo releasing N64 and Sega Genesis games. This will include beloved titles such as Super Mario 64, Dr. Mario 64 and The Legend of Zel🥂da: Ocarina of Time, as well as Castlevania: Bloodlines, Sonic the Hedgehog 2 and Streets of Rage 2.

And it seems the controllers aren’t the only thing that seems to have fans worried about this rollout. Recently, concerned Nintendo fans pondered if the European release of Nintendo 64 games on the Nintendo S♛witch will be running at 50Hz.
