In the negative reviews, players complain that this re-release doesn't make enough c𒆙hange♕s to justify the price tag.

"This screams 'lazy cash grab' and honestly? It hurts," reads a review from Steam user Sprague. "I know it's not a remaster, but I wish we ha𝓀ve more stuff than just 'hey, let's make y'all pay for a quick compatibility fix that you could get on the internet for free, from fans that actually care cause we obviously don't'.

"I know I shouldn't complain because we finally those great games back but... there's literally no quality of life imp𝔍rovement, at ✃all."

Steam user GyLala agrees. "No fixes or 🌳anything, just a cash grab rerelease. What a joke," they write. "This trash for the 25th anniversary? It shows EA has put as much effort and qua𝔉lity into this as anything they have for years now, meaning nothing."

Multiple users are also complaining about consistent crashes. If enough players are experiencing this, we'll have to see if patches address these problemsﷺ.

The Sims Legacy Collection is faring much better, with mostly positive reviews at the time of w༺riting.

Of course, there are plenty of positive reviews too. Some say that the game is running just fine for them, and are thankful for the fixes that make it run well on modern PCs. Others are also pleased that the EA App isn't required to play it via Steam. Perhaps most significantly, many are just happy to be playing The Sims 2 again, especially if they're burnt out on 168澳洲幸运5开奖网:The Sims 4.
