Good thing there is also a cheat for this and you have the option to choose how many children your Sim will give birth to. Just input the keyword “pregnancy.force_offspring_count (simID) (count)” and add the number of children you want the꧅ Sim to ﷽give birth to.
Just make sure the number of children you choose does not exceed the maximum number of members allowed in one household or you will experience stability issues. Each household can only have a maximum of eight members, so the Sim can give birth to as many as seven kids when they're alone in the household.
12 ♛ ไ Make A Sim Into A Ghost

Aside from making a Sim into a vampire (which we'll cover later), you can also temporarily change them into a ghost. This can be triggered by using the keyword “sims.add_buff Ghostly” in the cheat console. And if you’re looking for a bit more fun, you can also🌌 make the ghost Sim appear to 🅰be pregnant from the first to third trimester, and even do a fake birth. Unfortunately, no babies will be born using this cheat.
To activate these cheats, input “sims.add_buff Buff_Pregnancy_Trimester1”, “sims.add_buff Buff_Pregnancy_Trimester2” and “Sims.add_buff Buff_Pregnancy_Trimester3” to make the Sim pregnant from the first, second and third trimester, respectively. And to give the fake birth, input “sims.add_buff Buff_Pregnancy_InLabor” in the cheat console. The best thing ಞabout this cheat is that it’s only temporary, so you can bring the Sim back to their original form anytime.
