If your Teen Sim has gotten an invitation from a friend to join them, you can have them first ask their parents or caregivers - if they say yes, then you're all set and don't need to sneak out at all.

To sneak out of the house in The Sims 4, you'll need a few Build/Buy Mode items first - an EZ Exit Window, and a trellis if the house sits on a foundation or the window is on an upper leve🀅l of the🀅 home.

Trying to sneak out by clicking the ground outside can be tricky, a♏s Sims will default to using normal doors before using the EZ Exit Window.
