How To Schedule Dates

The first step to any successful date in The Sims 4: Lovestruck is planning the date event with your potential partner. ☂You can do this a few different ways, either by:

• Using Cupid's Corner to set up a date with a new potential partner you met online from your phone or a computer.
  • You could even set up a blind date on Cupid's Corner if you're feeling adventurous!

• Clicking the Sim when you see them out and about and choosing the option from the pie chart.
• Selecting the Sim of your desires from the Relationships tab.

In The Sims 4: Lovestruck, you may even get asked🍰 out on dates instead of always being the one to ask!

No matter what kind of date you choose to send your Sims on, you'll have plenty of locations you can send them. Choose one of the beautiful romance-oriented locations around the world added in the expansion, Ciudad Enamorada, head to one of your houses/apartments, or venture out on the town.

You'll also need to choose what kind of social interactions will happen on the date. Ifꦰ you'd like your Sims to keep things lighthearted and chat, you can select only social options. How To Have Successful Dates

When you choose to begin a romantic occasion with someone for a date in TS4 Lovestruck, you'll have plenty of options that allow you to customize each date to your preferences. To begin, you'll need to choose what type of date this is going to be.

The types of dates in The Sims 4: Lovestruck are:

• Get to Know You Dates are perfect for when you're in the early stages of meeting a new Sim, asking you to do a lot of socializing in an effort to grow closer.
• Romantic Dates are for you and that special Sim, featuring much more Romance-oriented socialization options throughout.
• Romantic Repair Dates are best for when you and your romantic partner Sim aren't doing so well - get together and try to patch things up.

The social requirements chosen inform the goals of the date you're given once the occasion starts, which are far more numerous and in-depth in The Sims 4: Lovestruck. This is the game's way of encouraging you to follow your own rules in an effort to grow closer to the Sim you're on a date with. Finish goals to improve the quality of the date.

Dates Are Scored Events

Like other social events, dates have an event score up in the top-left corner of the screen, a meter that gradually fills as you complete the goals for the date laid out in the bubble of to-do tasks and goals below the timer for the🌟 date.

The more you fin♕ish the goals given to you for t⛄he date, the better score your date will get. Bringing Sims on good dates over and over is a great way to get them interested in a romantic relationship with your Sim!

Like other events in The Sims 4, you stand to earn a few prizes added to your inventory depending on the quality of the dates. You may even get a Capture the Memory photograph of your Sim and their special someone to commemorate the occasion of really good dates!

Toward the end of the date, your Sim's partner might ask to extend the date if they're having a great time. Should you accept, you and that Sim go back to your home lot together to continue spending time to🍬gether, even though the da🎃te itself is over.

Counter to extending the date, if you're out with someone and you know you're really not feeling the connection, you can end a date early by either clicking the timer on the event gauge and confirming your decision, or you could even tell your date you're leaving directly from the socials pie chart.
