168澳洲幸运5开奖网:The Texas Chain Saw Massacre is an asymmetrical horror game where you can get together with three other Victims andඣ attempt to escape the Family. You can choose from a variety of characters and each one of them has a special ability. The game also has various pᩚᩚᩚᩚᩚᩚᩚᩚᩚ𒀱ᩚᩚᩚerks to aid you during the match.
Unlike other similar games, the Victim gameplay doesn't revolve around cooperating with other Victims too much. You can still talk with each other and pass on information, but the main goal is to escape. To do this, you'll have to get used to quite a few mechanics.
Early Game As A Victim
Once you load into a game, you'll first have to see a small segment where the game highlights your four main objectives. After that segment, you'll be able to see your character hanging by a rope. You can either spawn alone or with two other Victims in the same room, and the first objective is to free yourself.
You'll be able to press a button and progress the bar, but if you spam the button too much, it'll make noise at your location. Although, this noise doesn't matter since the Family is stuck in animation during this time, which means that they can't see the visual or audio cues for this.
It's highly recommended to spam the required button and free yourself as fast as possible, even if it makes noise.
If you're using someone with a ton of Strength or Proficiency, you can also find a nearby Toolbox and quickly get two Tools.
Ten to 15 seconds after you free yourself, you can start being stealthy since the Family will be able to hear the noises made now.
How To Hide From Family
The most important part about playing as a Victim is avoiding the Family's detection. This involves hiding from the members roaming around and paying attention to Grandpa's screams. Grandpa is asleep at the start of the game, but he wakes up i🎉f Victims make too much noise, escape the Basement, or if the Family feeds him enough blood.
He lets out a scream soon after he wakes up, and this scream can detect any moving Victim and highlight it for all Family members and other Victims. Family members can feed him more bloodꦍ to increase his power, which eventually lets him detect the Victims even ifꦐ they stay perfectly still during the scream.
Grandpa's scream is followed by a loud audio effect, and you'll get detected even if you move while this effect is still going.
Once you learn how to avoid Grandpa's detection, the next step is to position yourself in a way where a Family member won't find you. If you're found, they can attack and reduce your health. If a Family member successfully hits you, a noise will𓆉 be created at your position and other members will be able to see your location for a bit.
Thankfully, there are a bunch of gaps, crawl spaces, and crates that you can use to run from the Family. Keep in mind that some Family members can follow you through these gaps, while characters like Leatherface can destroy the crates and crawl spaces. If your health reaches zero during an attack, you'll instantly get executed.
You can find wells if you're upstairs on a map, and this well lets you jump back to the Basement and make some distance.
This comes at a cost of some of your health, but at least you can pဣrevent execution.
How To Escape The Family
There are a bunch of steps involved if you want to escape the Family in The Texas Chain Saw Massacre, but you don't need another Victim's help to do it. The first thing you'll have to do is find a Basement exit that has a special white door on it. You have to use a Tool to lock pick this exit unless a Family member leaves it open.
Once you've escaped the Basement, you'll have to get past another locked door to get to an important place where you can start escaping. There are fouౠr ways to escape a match in the game:
- Generator exit
- Car battery exit
- Fuse exit
- Valve exit
For the first two exits, you'll have to lock pick another door and perform a long action to stop the current on the exit. On the other hand, the last two exits can be completely luck-based sinc𝐆e you have to 🌜find specific items.
Tips To Play As A Victim
If you want to regularly escape the Family's grasp and level up your characters while playing as a Victim in The Texas Chain Saw Massacre, you'll have to keep a few things in mind:
- Learn the layout of every map. Trying to find an exit can be one of the hardest things for a new player, and it can single-handedly lead to your loss. You can try to play as Family to learn the maps better since you can move around freely.
- Know your role based on your character's Attributes and Ability. For example, Leland is good at getting chased by the Family but he's quite weak at opening locked doors and searching for Tools.
- Keep an eye on your surroundings as you progress in the match. It's important to know the location of gaps, crawl spaces, and other mechanics that can help you get away from the Family if you're found.
