The first piece of Griffin gear can be found in Velen at Hindhold. Enter the tower and follow the path up the stairs until reaching the top. Head through the small wooden door on the left and the diagram for the Steel Sword can be found attached to a corpse.
Silver Sword
Traveling to Lornruk, fall down the cliffs to the right of the castle, and dive underwater across from the Place of Power and through the underwater cave. Su𝕴rfacing on the other side, climb onto the ledge and up the ladder fitted into the wall.
Up the stairs and inside the struc𓄧ture, climb a second ladder on the outside of the building, and loot the chest next to the grindstone.
Armor, Trousers, Gauntlets, and Boots
The final pieces of armor are guarded by flammable gas, a group of frightening Wraiths, and an Ekimmara. Follow the gas-filled path inside the cave at Dragonslayer's Grotto until reaching the chest next to a set of candles containing the diagr💞ams for the armor, trousers, gauntlets, and boots.

Travel to the Inn at the Crossroads and follow the path northwest leading to the edge of the island until meeting a demolished building. A chest holding the footwear is tucked away between two brick walls near the back.
Enhanced Trousers
At this war-torn structure 𒅌in Velen, this set of armor is found can be found at the Burned R❀uins. Following the sight of smoke, buried burned underneath some wood is the box containing the trousers.
Enhanced Steel Sword
Next 🍎to the Refugees' Camp is a neighboring patch of land attached to Ve꧑len flooded with bandits. Across from the scaffolding is a small set of stairs leading to the hidden chest.
Enhanced Gauntlets
Directly beneath the Frischlow marker in the swamp is a Noonwraith guarding the hidden entrance to a cave. Use Aard to blast through the rubble and the loot can be picked up inside.
Enhanced Silver Sword
Locate the cave to the right of the Crossroads marker and the diagram for the silver weapon can be picked up at the end of the cave next to a corpse.
Enhanced Armor
Tꦓhis chest is one of the easier to find in Velen and is sitting behind the Rock Troll at White Eagle Fort.
Superior Silver Sword
Leaving Velen and traveling to The Skellige Isles, head to the Elverum Lighthouse overlooking the water. Just ahead is an entrance to a large cave. Using the Cat potion will help guide The Witcher through the dark tunnels.
Head inside and follow the trail until reaching a room with a headstone sitting in the middle. Just behind the stone are two chests with one containing a diagram.
