Starting Ciri's Room

Geralt will need to go to the Baron's guest room, on the right of the entrance to his home. There are a pair of cleaners outside.
Searching The Room
Geralt will need to inspect three clues scattered throughout the room.

You will have to read the book, most easily done when it is picked up. The prompt will allow you to read it immediately. Otherwise, it will be found in the Quest Items section of the inventory. Finally, he will return the top to Gretka.
There is a Stash inside Ciri's room. Stashes allow you to store items in an inventory that you can access from any stash, across the game.
Meeting Gretka
Gretka is in the kitchen, opposite Ciri's room. You will only have to walk to the door opposite to enter. Gretk𝕴a is deep inside, entertaining herself within.
Talk to Gretka to return the top and end the quest. You will be rewarded with experience points for completing it.
