Speak To Avallac'h
When you speak to Avallac'h, a short conversation about the events from Bald Mountain will occur. During the conversation, Avallac'h will tell you that you need to talk to Ge'els and convince him not to aid Eredin. This is easier said than done because Ge'els is in a different world, and Geralt needs to travel through multiple realms to get ⛄to him.
Along with Avallac'h, you can travel through the first portal inside the house where you met Sarah. The portal ♏is behind a destructible wall in the basement area.
Enter The Portal To Ddiddiwedht Desert
When you travel through the first portal, you'll end up in the Ddiddiwedht Desert. The landscape consisꦯts of canyons, and you can speak to Avallac'h to hear some unique dialogue detailing the world's history.
You will then have to walk to the next world's portal alongside Avallac'h, which is on an uneventful path. There are a few tree stumps along the way that may contain loot, but your Witcher Senses can't detectღ them.
Once you arrive at your destination, a short sequence will commence, and you'll have to wait for the portal to open. Sandcrabs will attack Geralt and Avallac'h while the portal opens, so defeat them as quickly as 🌊possible and then enter the next portal.
Enter The Portal To The Poisonous World
Unfortunately, Geralt and Avallac'h won't end up at the same location after entering the portal in the Ddiddiwedht Desert. There's a Place of Power for the Aa๊rd Sign and a new portal nearby when you exit the portal. Once you see the next portal, continue on th🌳e path to get to it.
The primary obstacle in the Poisonous Valley is the poison air that damages Geralt if he stands in it for too long. The only way to deal with the poisonous air is to run through it quickly. There are spots in-between the gas where you can rest from it. The Place of Power is beyond two sections of poisonous air, while the next portal is even further than the Place of Power.
After you get to the Place of Power, head north until you reach a low piece of ground. There's another cloud of poisonous air nearby to travel through, followed by a push through further poisonous air to reach an area higher-up in the realm. Keep climbing until you see a skeleton and then run through the final t🍷wo poisonous areas to get to 🎐the portal. When you enter the portal, you'll have to swim forth.
Enter The Portal To The Ice Plains And Travel To The Lighthouse
The Ice Plains is the final hostile area for Geralt to endure en route to Ge'els. Similar to the poison in the Poisonous Valley, you'll encounter a snowstorm in the Ice Plains that can kill you if you stay in it for too long. There's an ice wall near the entrance that you can destroy with your signs or a sword. Once you destroy the wall, continue into the snowstorm. You can use White Rafford's Decoction, food, and the Ekhidna Decoction to regജenerate Geralt's vitality in the snowstorm.
There are places of cover you can find throughout the world that allow you to take shelter from the snowstorm. These are essential for your survival because you need to run between them to make it down the path. You can recover health at campfires within each place of cover. Try to stay near the middle section of the town while running in-between buildings because the snowstorm is stronger towards the edges. There are a few Hounds of the Wild Hunt in the town that you♔ need to defeat to proceed. The goal is to reach the Lighthouse in the🌱 distance.
Although the snowy town is mostly empty, you can find a few containers within it while running between locations; however, they each have random loot within them. Additionally, you can find Anna's Notes, the Traveler's Notes, and Ervyl's Diary within the town. The Lighthouse also contains the City Secretary's Diary. Make sure to read all of these notes before leaving theꦇ Ice Plains if yꦐou enjoy lore.
Keep running through the storm until you reach the 🥀Lighthouse, and then make your way to the southwestern side of the building to find an interior under the Lighthouse. Inside this area is where you'll find Avallac'h. If dialogue and lore interest you, then speak to Avallac'h and ask him about every topic available. Walk into the next portal once you end the conversation, and you'l🧸l end up in Tir Na Lia, which is Ge'els' world.
Enter The Portal To Tir Na Lia and Speak To Ge'els
When you arrive in Tir Na Lia through the portal, follow Avallac'h, and you'll arrive at Ge'els' location. Geralt will speak to Ge'els, and he'll agree not to take Eredin's side in the upcoming conflict. Ge'els also talks to Geralt about how to use the Sunstone. Once the conversation between Geralt and Ge'els concludes, the quest will finish as well. There's a short report you🔜 can read near the fountain in Tir Na Lia, so make sur🌄e to find it before you complete the mission.
