This treasure hunt is in Skellige's south, on the coast southwest of Harviken. You'll have to go off-road to find a coastal cave, where a body is slumped outside. It's guarded by an endrega worker, which you'll have to kill before continuing.

Rifle through the corpse's pockets to take a letter and a key. From here, you'll have to dive into the ocean to reach the cave, where treasure awaits.
Clearing The Cave
Be prepared to swim through a tunnel to reach the cave. Keep heading straight to find the cave on the other side, where you can find air, the t💯reasure, and a small hive of insectoid mons𝓡ters.
This cave is not long enough to need Killer Whale, though you may benefit from drinking Cat, given how dark the rest of the quest will be.
You'll be facing endrega drones and a venomous arachas here. While the former are easily dealt with, the latter is far more dangerous. It's both tougher and deadlier than its smaller c𝕴ounterparts, taking more e𝄹ffort to kill.
Be especially wary of its poison-based attacks. These will rapidly sap Geralt's health if you aren't careful. Golden Oriole will protect you from its effects.
Once you've cleared the cave, use Geralt's Witcher Senses to find a chest tucked away in the back. Open✃ for ꦛyour reward and to end the quest.
