It’s been over a month now since 168澳洲幸运5开奖网:Animal Crossing: New Horizons launched on the Switch. It continues to sell like gangbusters as a relaxing treat for this꧃ troubling time. That said, it’s not without probl🌠ems. There's a lot of quality of life improvements that the game needed at launch.
Some things missing make it feel like it was designed decades ago. Recently a fan, Nick Ha, created a about a fake set of🍒 updates. A lot of them are really good ideas but also resonates🧸 with what most fans already knew. Inspired by that video and the general fan outcry, here are some suggestions for Nintendo to add to the game via free updates and or DLC.
10 Pets
Play🅷ers can buy pet food and other pet-related containers and accessories but the♛y can’t have pets. What’s the deal with that?
Before someone says anthropomorphic cats and dogs owning normal cats and dogs would be weird, let’s remember that Mickey Mouse had a dog and a dog friend too. That makes as much 🥀sense as buying pet stuff for invisible pets so go ahead and put it in the game .
9 Better Gear
Why is the🍷re no way to create an invincible axe, fishing rod, net, and so forth? Creating these tools over and over again is a waste of time, resources, an📖d Bells. An unbreakable version should exist.
Maybe it costs a lot to make, but they should stil🀅l be in there. Maybe special tools could be crafted too like an axe that gives players a better chance to get gold nuggets from rocks.
8 More Stuff To Do With Friends
Visiting a friend’s island is cool for a few minutes, but after witnessing🧜 all of the sights and selling one’s native fruit for Bells, there isn’t a whole lot to do. Best friends could presumably help another craft their island, but there should be more “fun” activities to do.
That is to say, mini-games should exist🅺 in some form. The original game had NES titles in it so puttin𝓀g that in this game in some regard for co-op play may sound ridiculous, but it would at least be something.
7 Town Map Grid
When decorating one’s house on the inside, players can pop up a placement grid in order to rotate and move stuff around easier🐭. That overlay does not exist on the world map, but it definitely should.
Placing a tree in the wrong place only to have to eat fruit to then dig it up and try again is a frustrating loop of insanity. Like the Nick Ha video sugges🌳ts, even putting a marker on the player would be something. Oh, right, and let players move rocks.
6 Aim And Fish
Speaking of placing markers on players, a simil🤡ar suggestion would be to adjust the fishing angles.
Players should be abl♐e to aim a reticle in order to cast their line and or at least be able to move the line once it is in the water. Trying to fish with some of the land’s angles can be tricky especially in regard to fish placement.
5 Craft Multiples
In ord♐er to craft certain pieces of furniture, one needs to first craft something else. For example, the wooden block toy is used in tables. Having to craft one at a time is needle🗹ssly slow. Even if the option is five at most, it would be better than the alternative now.
Because crafting is so integral to this game, it seems crazy this option doesn’t exist. Was this game made on the N64, or what? It would also be great to not have to dip into storage when craft♉ing at home.
4 Eat All The Fruit
What makes that aforementioned tree digging scenario frustrating is the fact that eating fruit is so slow. Players can only chomp down on one piece at a time and not even from the Tool Wheel. Being able 🍃to eat multiples would improve the productivity of digging.
Cooking would also be a solution to this. How can a sim-like game not have cooking in it? 168澳洲幸运5开奖网:The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild even has it.
3 Store Tweaks
Being able to do things in multiples seems to be the main theme of this article and in-turn ✤what fans want. Players can buy medicine in bulk, up to five, so why shouldn’t that opti🐻on apply to Flimsy Axes for example?
One certainly goes through a lot since axes will inevitably break. Also, it is kind of boloney that the dropbox outside of the shop takes 20% away from the selling price. Hey, guess what Nintendo? Not♑𒁏 everyone can play during store hours.
2 Sorting And Inventory
Players can sort their storage at home, but the🌃y can’t do it to their pocket menu? Fix that. Also, items in the pocket should be increased from whatever their number is﷽ now to 99.
Weeds can be carried up to that amount so why not wood? Carrying that much ♎around in pockets may not make sense, but hey, nothing does in this game so that ♚point is moot.
1 Amiibo Bonuses
Right now Amiibo support for the game is low. While it supports a wide array of Animal Crossing related figures, what one gets is not that fancy. They can be used with Photopia and in order to invite new villagers, which for a good෴ portion of the game, is meaningless since it takes a while to get around to creating new homes.
It would great if players could get random resource drops like iron nuggets from Tom Nook’s Amiibo. To bring it up again, Breath of the Wild does it.
