The original version of 168澳洲幸运5开奖网:Persona 5 was about eighty to a hundred hours long. That is to say this RPG is no joke. One had to ܫgive it their all in or🥃der to commit to it and those that did were treated to one of the best games the genre produced over the last decade.
With , that time only increases. Suffice it to say the writers couldn't exactly make everything logical. With so much planning and text, it was bound to have a few inconsistencies. Most of these are gameplay related, but there are a few story scenarios in here too so SPOILER warning just in case one is ultra-sensitive. Also, to make things easier, the protagonist will be addressed by his canon anime name, Ren Amamiya.
10 Time Management
The most stressful thing about 168澳洲幸运5开奖网:Persona 5 is time management. In order tဣo get the best ending one has to socialize with all of the confidants within a given amoun♕t of time. There are two opportunities to do so: after school and in the evening.
Of course,🃏 time management with these two periods can be troubling as there are other balances as well such as upgrading Social Stats. Time, in general, doesn't make a whole lot of sense. How can one freely roam around Tokyo while not committing to anything, but have a whole evening go by crafting tools?
9 The Bachelor Cafe
On the subject of Ren's time, it's a bit odd that Sojiro would leave this new kid alone in his restaurant. He was taken in becauseꦅ of unjust reasons, sure, but he doesn't know that. For all Sojiro knows he's a delinquent and shutting him inside his coffee sho𝕴p, Leblanc, could have been problematic.
Of course, he also had to keep Futabꦗa a secret, but did he really? All he would have had to do was tell Ren she was a shut-in and to leave her alone. Better to keep a watch of Ren at his own home, right?
8 Part-Time Mercenary
Not sure if this is a Japanese thing, or not, ♏but the amount of jobs Ren can take on and never show up to is staggering. Players can work at a beef bowl shop, a convenience store, a flower shop, and others.
He gets on the payroll which is no easy step for companies and then he just shows up whenever he wants. Does the Japanese economy run on some kind of mercenary system? For that matter, players can easily get hundreds of thousands,🥀 if not millions, of Yen, which is strange for a High School student.❀
7 Contradictory Relationships
Every girl in the game, minus Sae, can be romanced. This leaves players with a lot of options. Som🦋e of them are adults, which is a whole other can of worms.
The issue here is that building a romantic relationship with let's say Makoto does not reflect on the story. It's understandable♛ why. With so many choices it would be hard to write around that for the main plot. It's understandable but still weird it is never addressed in the actual narrative.
6 Wasted Social Stats
On another note of hanging out with confidants, there are sometimes requirements toꦺ building up bonds. For example, in order to finish Sojiro's side story one has to max out their Social Stat in kindness.
When the player normally hangs out with him they get kindnes🦂s boosts and the same goes for once one reaches max level. Why keep that in? That is to say why make the player max out a stat and then reward them wit♛h more than they need? Sojiro isn't the only example of this either.
5 Replaying The Intro
One of the biggest mysteries of the game involves how the players begin. How long does it take for Ren to get captured by the police? It's a good intro for the game. However, when one finally reaches that same point in th🦹e story, players have to do the whole t💃hing, literally the whole thing, over again.
Couldn🌠't the developers have just fast-forward through that section? It’🦄s only about fifteen minutes worth of time, but still, there had to have been a better way.
4 Meeting Places
There are three loc🅷ations the Phantom Thieves call their hideout. One, the roof of the school. While people may be able to spy on them, like with♉ what happens to Makoto, it is pretty remote so that's not a bad place.
However, the second place, a busy walkway, makes no sense at all. Why are they talking about their plans like that in public? Cops even call them out on it, but they still continue to use it for🌟 a time until, duh, they use Ren's room.
3 Ryuji’s Leg
Part of Ryuji's character arc is that he used to be a star track player u𒈔ntil he screwed up his knee meaningꩵ he can't run any more. If one goes through his confidant missions they can see him improve by going through therapy. Even by the end though he is nowhere near repaired.
How then can he run around Palaces like they were nothing? Sure he stumbles, once, durian the first 🐼Palace, but it is never brought up again officially until Shido's Palace when he makes a mad dash for the life boats. Maybe’s it’s all in his head.
2 Silent Protagonist
It's traditional by now, but having the main character be a stoic, silent protagonist in 168澳洲幸运5开奖网:Persona games is weird.
This game, and series as a whole, is all about choice. The Witcher and Mass Effect are able to give players choice, more so than this game, and still have their lead characters have a voice. Learn from that Atlus. Players can still have input in a story while not coming acro🃏ss as a mute sociopath. It is even stranger considering Ren occasionally talks in cutscenes.
1 Game Over
On the subject of the fearless leader, having players get to a Game Over screen just because Ren falls is ridicu♌lous. This ﷽is especially true if a random Shadow casts some kind of instant kill on him.
Ok, cool. There goes some ti🌊me well spent in this game that💙 is over a hundred hours the first time through. Yeah, that won't make people mad. What are his teammates doing when he falls? Apparently, revival medicine doesn't work on Ren. This sounds like an Aerith situation.
