After being 168澳洲幸运5开奖网:canceled in May, it looks like the 168澳洲幸运5开奖网:Tokyo Game Show 2020 isn't 🍒completely dead after all. Famitsu has revealed that TGS 2020 will now take place online from September 23 to September 27 as a replacement for the physical event. Reportedly a nﷺumber of "major publishers" and "indie game developers" will be showcasing new titles to the public through various live streams.

The show seems to be expanding f✨rom just showcasing new titles, too. eSports tournaments are said to make up a portion of th🍃e event with streams dedicated to competition. There's something about "game-related goods" as well, which is likely just merchandise from popular brands.

Nothing specific has🀅 been announced, but all attendees and🉐 titles will be revealed on the official Tokyo Game Show website closer to September. The event, itself, will be streamed through TGS' official channel (which may or may not be on Twitch).

The Tokyo Game Show has been the premier spot for Japanese developers to ꦯmeet since 1996. Taking on an identity similar to E3, many fans flock to the event to see the latest and greatest that gaming has to offer. It's been home to many famous announcements over the years and its cancellation for 2020 shocked the gaming world.

With health officials still uncertain about the coronavirus and🅠 its spread, it was better to err on the side of caution than take a risk by gathering hundreds of thousands of people into a convention center. In 2018, TGS drew 298,690 visitors, so there 🌜was a real possibility of breaking 300,000 in 2020.

At least some form of event is now taking൲ place. An online stream will never replace the hustle and bustle of being on a show floor, but it does give developers and publishers a chance to reach an even wider audience than before. With people all over the world no💯w able to partake of new trailers and announcements, this online focus could become a central part of any future Tokyo Game Show events.

About the only prediction I can make for this year is that we'll see some PS5 g🤪ames. With Sony's new console releasing this holiday, it stands to reason that some next-gen games will be present.
