Tomb Raider 4 - 6 Remastered Announced, Includes Angel Of Darkness
, Aspyr confirmed that its next project for the series will be Tomb Raider 4 - 6 Remastered, which will be launching on February 14, 2025, a whole year after the first collection. This time around, the choices are a little stranger than the iconic first three games, as the ♊titles picked are all a little less beloved.
First up is Tomb Raider: The Last Revelation, which sees Lara going after the Amulet of Horus and notably introducing rope swinging to t🦋he series for the first time. Then there's Tomb Raider Chronicles, which is a surprisingly dark entry since Lara is presumed dead and has her friends telling stories of her past adventures.
The biggest surprise of all, though, is that the collection is remastering Tomb Raider: The Angel of Darkness, which is widely believed to be one of the worst entries in the series. That being said, fans have been asking for it to be remastered🦋 and given a ꦓsecond chance for quite some꧙ time, so it's hopefully going to be good𝓡 news for some.
Now I'm j🧜ust praying that we get remasters of the Lege💜nd trilogy next. Or, you know, just give us a new game.
The PlayStation Blog lists some of the features included in the remastered collection, and they'll be familiar to anyone who played Tomb﷽ Raider 1 - 3 Remastered. Toggleable graphics, modern controls, photo mode, and a whole bunch of trophies are all going to be included in this re-release, which should make it the best way to play the rest of the hexology.
