Developer Creative Assembly has announced that 168澳洲幸运5开奖网:Total War Saga: Troy won't be launching with mod support, but that tools will come shortly after launch. In a Tweet from the official Total War account, the developer confirms that mod tools will launch approximately one mon𒐪th after the game's August 13 debut on the Epic Games Store.
"Please rest assured that our aspiration is to ensure Troy has parity with other modern Total War games with regards to mod support and are working on delivering this as soon as possible," reads a follow-up Tweet. This has been a standard feature in past games, so it only makes sense that Troy would be receiving the same support.
It might sting that mods won't be available immediately upon release, but that's hardly an issue to get upset over. A lot of the reason for that lack of "out-of-the-box" modding seems to be related to the Epic Games Store not natively supporting the feature. Troy might b♌e the c✅atalyst that brings mods to other Epic titles.
Those getting excited for the 24-hour free window will likely be happy to hear modding is being worked on. It wouldn't be Total War without the ability to put in a Legend of Zelda faction, so I'm happy that Link may get to visit ancient Greece. The smaller scale of the Saga games could lend itself to a perfect Zelda adaptation.
As for what we can expect from Troy, it's hard to say. The previous Saga title, , was well-received by critics, but seem to have issu🐭es. Most state recycled content from previous entries alongside a general lack of new things as the main culprits for that reception. One also has to take the price into consideration, since $40 is a bit high for a "budget" game.
At this point, I feel we've reached a standardized level of quality from Total War games. Barring launch issues, each entry is catered specifically to the era it is recreating. I don't know if I could call Total War: Three Kingdoms the best of the series, but it is my personal favorite fo♌r its time period. That's about what you can expect going forward.
