Twitch streamer Trainwrecks has donated over $40,000 to WWF Australia to help save animals from raging brush f꧂ires.
Normally whenever we hear from Trainwrecks it has to do with some horribly sexist comments that get him 168澳洲幸运5开奖网:banned from Twitch. The outspoken streamer is and often casts his online persona as a more modern version of Howard Stern. He recently even 168澳洲幸运5开奖网:recruited an adult film star to appea𓂃r on his podcast, just to drive that 🍌point home.
But Trainwrecks isn't all bad. He recently took part in WWF Australia's emergency call to ꦛaction and raised over $40,000 to help combat the Australian brush fires and 🦩rehabilitate burned animals.
The call was placed last weekend, with WWF Australia dubbed their Bushfire Emergency Appeal. Trainwrecks took up the call and gathered a panel of personalities to help raise money. In 𒅌just 8🔯 hours, he and his team had raised $30,000, to which Trainwrecks added $10,000 of his own personal cash for a total of $40,000.
According to a tweet sꩲent out on Saturday, Trainwrecks' strea🥂m generated for WWF Australia.
The Aus👍tralian fires have been burning since September of last year and have already decimated over 10 million hectares of land. That's an area roughly the size of Iceland or about half the size of Kansas. While 25 people have died and over 2,000 homes have been destroyed, the WWF estimates that over 1 billion animals have lost their lives due to the fires.
Those that have survived are often badly burned and in need of medical attention. When the fires have gone out, those animals will🦄 need to have their homes rebuilt by resee♕ding the environment.
As of last Fri꧅day, the WWF has raised over to help with wildlife rehabilitation and restoration of the Australian ecosystem. A large part of that can be attributed directly to one 🔯loud-mouthed Twitch Streamer. We all need to do our part to help save the planet.
