While we patiently wait for HBO’s The Last of Us casting news, Joel’s in-game actor Troy Baker is not giving up his dream of being in the show. The actor recently showed interest in taking on♏ a smaller role that 🗹could potentially pit him against live-action Joel.

Baker hosted a livestream over on his YouTube channel, Relater - Troy Baker, to predominantly talk about To🌄m Holland’s first p🌠romotional image as Nathan Drake for the upcoming Uncharted movie. The actor had nothing but praise for the protégé, who is set to portray a younger version of Nate in Ruben Fleischer’s adaptation. Baker also highlighted the amount of hour♛s in-game actor Nolan North had put into this character, establishing some big shoes to fill. Baker expressed his aversion to an Uncharted movie franchise, but showed interest in seeing a different side to Nathan Drake.

Interjected in between the Uncharted chat was a brief mention of 168澳洲幸运5开奖网:HBO’s The Last of Us series, that B✤aker said was “in good hands” with Chernobyl creator Craig Mazin. Referring to a photograph of Tom Holland and Nolan North chatting on a beach, Baker’s co-host, Relater producer Tom Breck, asked Baker how long he saw himself talking to Joel’s live-action actor on a beach for. Baker replied by saying that he would love to be known for playing an Infected on the show, mentioning that he wants to be “blown-up by Joel”.

While Baker was never a strong contender for filling the role of Joel Miller in HBO’s live-action adaptation, many other actors have been photoshopped into flannel shirts. Baker even revealed back in the summer that he wanted to see Hollywood veteran 168澳洲幸运5开奖网:Josh Brolin portray Joel. Other top contenders included Game of Thrones’ Nikolaj Coster-Waldau, Wolverine himself, Hugh Jackman, and Scottish actor Gerard Butler. None are gaining as much support as Firefly star Nathan Fillion received, however♋, when the role for Nathan Drake was still up for grabs.
