The idea to invite a streamer on as a character adds speculation as to how CD Projekt Red manages it’s cast e𒁃ven with the big reveal of Keanu Reeves at E3 2019 Xbox Conference.
CD Projekt Red is known to include in their titles, such as The Witcher 3: The Wild Hunt w꧙here one can find a dead asꩵsassin in almost an entirely traditional Assassin’s Creed outfit. This speculation of them having an easter egg mindset has influenced them to get more creative and thus have gone to cameos, to hide these hidden treasures in places people where might not loo൩k.
“What’s really cool about my character is you can do lots of things,” CohhCarnage said on stream. “It’s way more of a cameo than I was expec☂ting it to be.”
However a cameo this may be for CohhCarnage, in terms of an easter egg, one could justify that it’s a creative and new format for how video games handle cameos in the future. After all, Cyberpunk 2077 is set in a futuristic environment where it looks like streamers and other media influencers truly shape🧸 and rule 🧸the world. It would be no surprise that those who 'influence' you in the game to complete a quest might actually be influencers or streamers in real life.
