Multiple delays, changing development teams, and a lack of communication from Ubisoft are the key reasons that one could cite for the seemingly indefinite delay. It also mentions that there still isn’t a release date in place which is why all of the preorders were canceꦬled and refunded. Finally, Ubisoft said that no other Prince of Persia remakes are in the works, at least currently.
Prince of Persia is one of the most iconic video game franchises of all time and in many respects paved the way for Ubisoft’s later Assassin’s Creed titles. The remake in question was originally being developed by the company's India studios based in Mumbai and Pune, but has been 168澳洲幸运5开奖网:delayed twice in nine months, the 168澳洲幸运5开奖网:second one being indefinite. Shortly after, Ubisoft announced a 2022 release window for the game, but in May of this year, it was announced that 168澳洲幸运5开奖网:Ubisoft Mon𒁏treal would♉ be taking over development of the title.
