The Fighting-type might be one of the most intimidating types in the Pokémon world. Pokémon with this type are intense, driven, strong, muscular, and menacing. The type is known for its high attack stats and physical prowess. Fighting-types ꦓare also characterized by strong attacks that target the defenses of their opponent.

Fighting-type Pokémon themselves often share some characteꦉristics. They're typically intimidating and often have visible muscle definition or "strong" features like long legs, large fists, martial arts uniforms, or wresting motifs. However, not every Fighting-type Pokémon is nice to look at. Some of them are pretty ugly. Here are just a few examples of the less-pleasing Fighting-types.

10 Toxicroak

Like many Pokémon on this list, Toxicroak is a cool design. That doesn't mean it isn't ugly, though. This Poison/Fighting-type is based very obviously on a frog and lives in the 168澳洲幸运5开奖网:swamps of the Sinnoh region. With its large rꦍed throat bubble and ter✃rifying yellow eyes, it's not a pretty sight to behold.

Toxicroak's pre-evolution, Croagunk, is also kind of ugly. The strange hands and weird head shape make it a fairly sᩚᩚᩚᩚᩚᩚ⁤⁤⁤⁤ᩚ⁤⁤⁤⁤ᩚ⁤⁤⁤⁤ᩚ𒀱ᩚᩚᩚtrange-looking Pokémon. Add th🥂e fact that these things live in the marsh and you'll definitely reconsider cuddling them like a cute Eevee.

9 Hariyama

Based on the famous sumo wrestlers of Japan, Hariyama is one big boy (or girl, 25 percent of the time). These things a⛦re tanks, with the highest HP stat of all Fighting-type Pokémon. The sumo wrestler design is pretty cool and original, but the different elements that make up Hariyama are 🐠individually strange and collectively ugly.

The yellow skirt, bulbously-round thighs, lack of neck, triangular eyes, foam-finger hands, and short, stubby feet are all kind o𒁏f ugly together. Plus, the color combination of yellow, beige, and ൩orange is an often-used but terrible one.

8 Mienfoo

Here's an example of a Pokémon that is much better when it evolves, aesthetically-speaking. Mienshao is a fantastic Pokémon with a great design that stands out. Its coloring, shape, and f🌼eatures all work together perfectly, sending a clear visual message of Shaolin Kung Fu and whip fighting.

Mienfoo, on the other hand, is ugly. The color combination of yellow and red is not the worst, but it's not as nice as Mienshao's varying shades of light purple. Mienfoo's design is also stumpy. Sure, it's supposed to be a younger, less-developed form of its evolution, but it's just kind of sad-looking and not intimidating or tough at all. When it evolves at a 168澳洲幸运5开奖网:whopping level 50, it definitely improves.

7 Scraggy

Keeping on the trend of Unova Pokémon that are worse before they evolve, Scraggy exemplifies this as well. However, it doesn't improve as much as Mienfoo does whenꦿ it evolves. Scraggy is weird, with its perfectly-round head and worried-looking frown filled with very visible teet💞h.

But🍌, the worst part of Scraggy is its sagging pants. Why are they falling down? Are they part of the Pokémon that keeps falling off, which would💟 be horrifying? Or is it wearing them separately? Regardless, it's an ugly Pokémon with a bad design, most of which it keeps when it evolves.

6 Hitmontop

Many people have mixed feelings on Hitmontop. It wasn't really necessary to add to the Tyrogue family when Tyrogue itself was introduced, but here it is anyway. It's an interesting evolution method for this f😼amily, with attack and defense stats determining which Pokémon Tyrogue evolves into.

Hitmontop will occur if the Tyrogue has a balanced attack and def𓆉ense. But, it's definitely the ugliest of the three. The strange soulless eyes and constant frown don't look 🗹intimidating, they just look sad. Add in an odd choice of blue and brown for its coloring, and it's definitely not a pretty member of this evolutionary family.

5 🎃 Sawk ꦍand Throh

These two have long been far from fan-favorites, sparking comments for years that they're ugly or unnecessary. The two of them are a pair that doesn't seem to need to be two Pokémon, although it's clear Game Freak was going for a Hitmonchan/Hitmonlee-style balanceꦦ of oꦍffense versus defense.

But, their designs aren't as good as the Hitmon- family. Also, they are prime candidไates for that age-old question — are the clothes part of the Pokémon or not? Additionally, their faces are strange and not appealing a🦋t all. The crystalline pattern of their skin is cool, but what's the reasoning for it?

4 Crabominable ♍

This Ice/Fighting-type from the Alola region is often cited ꦜas one of the most disappointing designs in franchise history. After the reveal of Crabrawler, many were hopeful for a cool evolution. They were severely let down when Crabominable came on the scene.

While the type combination is very interesting, Crabominable itself is just ugl♍y. The flailing arms, Frankenstein-esque hybrid of an abominable snowman and a crab, and the terrible face all make this a terrible design. Early fan art concepts pr🎶edicted a much better design for this evolution, but sadly none of them came to fruition.

3 Primeape

Primeape's design is not terrible, but it's not pretty, either, mostly because it's so angry. This puffball with fists is based on a baboon or monkey. Its unstoppable anger makes 🐻it live in constant rage and it always has a throbbing vein on its forehead.

These Fighting-type baboons are ugly and mean. They're meant to🃏 be, so it's excusable, but it doesn't change the fact. However, it's advisable that trainers don't mention that to a Primeape, considering how much it loves to attack and chase down people who look at it wrong.

2 💜 Conkeldurr

It's probably no surprise to any long-time fans to see Conkeldurr on this list. This thing is hideous. 💃It was meant to be a newer version of Machamp (who also isn't pretty) but it's just awful to look at. The strange headpiece, the evil-looking eyes, the bad leg-to-tꩵorso proportions — all of it.

The small g𝓰rey element on the bottom of Conkeldurr's face also looks like𓃲 an ugly beard. Its red clown nose and pink should harness also add small but terrible elements that wrap this whole Pokémon together as a truly ugly sight.

1 🔯 Chesnaught

And there it is. The ugliest . What was Game Freak thinking when the🔯y made this poor soul? It's apparently meant to look like an armored animal (like a pangolin or armadillo) mixed with a chestnut. These conflicting elements do not create a harmonious look.

But, it's not just 168澳洲幸运5开奖网:Chesnaught's bad design elements that make it ugly. It🥀's also the color scheme. Beige/manila is never nice, especially when paired with stark white and brownꩲ. The green is slightly too pale and the red elements just stick out in a bad way. At least its shiny form is better.
