The rumors have once again been stirred up around a possible 168澳洲幸运5开奖网:Mass Effect remaster, and this time they're substantiated by fans walking into UK retailer "GAME" and actually managing to pre-order this as-of-yet unannounced remaster - well, sort of. To make their pre-order, what they actually had to ask for was a copy of "N7" for the PS4 or Xbox One. According🗹 to the store's list, "N7" is currently slated for release in♚ October.
Of course, this wasn't some sort of secret code that sprung up unfounded. Mass Effect fans only got the idea to ask for "N7" after an image leaked displaying "N7 (Mass Effect Trilogy Remastered)" below several other games, such as Marvel's Avengers, and alongside a release date. Though it was initially easy to dismiss the leak, once people were successfully﷽ pre-♈ordering it, heads turned.
Reddit user Waymantis, who uploaded the above image, compiled an on the Mass Effect Trilogy Remastered leak and preorder as we know it, going over the initial listing, the in-store preorder, and any changes in release ▨date. At the time of the first leak, the game was slated for late September; it has since been updated on GAME's website to the 30th of October. In addition, others have not been able to pre-order "N7" over the past few days, most likely due to widespread attention being placed on the leak.
The radio silence from EA is strange, though. Would EA really attempt to announce the entire remaster less than two months before it dropped? While the Mass Effect trilogy has many dedicated fans (and, in the case of Andromeda at ꦆthe very least, a lot of issues a good, sturdy remaster could solve), it still feels unusual for the company to play it so coy with what could be a relatively effective money-printing machine. Also, considering it's already been pushed back a full month since its discovery a few days ago, it's very possible that October isn't going to be the real release date either.
Even assuming all is well with the currently listed October release date, many are wondering why EA waited this long. If EA really is dropping remasters for current-gen consoles, the company is doing it immediately before both Sony and Microsoft usher in the next generation of consoles. So w🔯hy now? Wa♈s production delayed? Do they plan on being the last physical releases for the current gen? Do they plan on making the official announcement of these remasters at the last-minute? EA's marketing strategy is, as always, inscrutable.
