Up until Uncharted 4, it was never clear that Nathan Drake had a brother, and during the prologue of that game, you're thrust into a scene in which the two brothers are attempting to escape an orphanage. Sam may be older than Nate, but it's clear he relies on his brother quite a bit.
Though Sam comes around as a mostly good individual, he is always scheming, and despite the situation, he'll always look for maximum profit, regardless of his role in the endeavor. Thankfully Nadine and Chloe understand this and aren't too hard on him during the conclusion of Uncharted: Lost Legacy.

Very rarely is a character's introductory line simply stating their name, but for Chloe Frazer, she was meeting Nathan Drake and attempting to convince him she was a capable partner. No one knew she would ultimately lead her own game and become a featured character in the Uncharted series.
By the time Chloe and Nadine's journey in Uncharted: Lost Legacy comes to an end, the two have become an inseparable team, which is clear to everyone around them, including Sam Drake. The confirmation of them being partners and having such good chemistry leaves the door open for a possible sequel.

As generations get older, the passing of time is never more evident than when a younger child refers to something that was modern and current to you as a classic. This is what happens when Cassie, Nathan and Elena's daughter, first makes her appearance.
For better or worse she seemed to have inherited her father's love for adventuring and discovery, which seems to be both a blessing and curse for the Drake lineage. Here's hoping she also has some of Elena's sensibilities as well.

Their love story is a core part of the Uncharted series and is a strong through line for fans. She's much more structured and stern than her adventurous partner, so it makes sense that she'd be the stricter parent of the two, likely also calling out Nate's childish behavior from time to time.
