Tom Holland has of the popular game series prior to posting the image, stating, "th𝄹ere was definitely a lot of inspiration that came from the games, but it's a very young, fresh take on the character because, obviously, we didn't get to meet him all that much when he was younger, but it's a pretty awesome movie, and it's global. We travel the world, we see some amazing places, and Mark Wahlberg an🅰d I are going to have a great summer together."
Tom Holland, as previously mentioned, is cast as a young Nathan Drake, with Mark Wahlberg set to play his partner and mentor figure Victor "Sully" Sullivan. Other key talent includes Tati Gabrielle as Elena Fisher, Sophia Ali as Chloe Frazer, and Ruben Fleischer to direct. Antonio Banderas has also been cast, but his role remains unnamed at the moment. The film ཧstill has a summer release date, set for July 16th, 2021.
