Not a day after the 168澳洲幸运5开奖网:Uncharted trailer 168澳洲幸运5开奖网:was leaked online, Sony has released the act♐ual trailer for the world to see. We get our first good look at Tom Holland’s version of Nathan Drake, along with Mark Wahlberg’s Sullyꦇ. Do the two work together? You be the judge.

As we found out a while ago, the first Uncharted movie is expecting to start a franchise with Nathan Drake's origin story. This perhaps explains why Sony went with Tom Holland as Drake expecting the actor to age into the role. Wahlberg as a 168澳洲幸运5开奖网:distinctly un-mustached🔯 Vi𒀰ctor Sullivan is somewhat more jarring, but hopefully he can 🐭be convinced to grow a bit of facial ha💫ir for the inevitable sequel.

Unlik🧔e the games, where Nathan is portrayed as an orphan who falls in with the wrong crowd, the movie version of Uncharted has Drake and Sully meet at a much later date. The two embark on a journey to find some lost treasure worth "billions," ♒proving that inflation has also snuck its way into the movie industry.

From there, it's the usual action scenes as Drake and Sully travel the world in search of their long-lost treasure. Fight scenes on the ground eventually lead to fight scenes in the air, where Drake manages to tumble out of a transport plane not once, but twice: first after getting struck by crates, and a second time after barely managing to scramble back aboard only to be struck again by a classic convertible.

The stunts give the movie a very Spider-Man-ish quality, but we'll chalk that up to Holland's main gig.

It honestly doesn't look bad, but the trailer has me feeling like the film is a somewhat generic action flick and not trying too hard to stick with the Uncharted lore. That might be good at convincing non-gamers to see the show, but die-hard Uncharted fans might be put off by the creative license from the movie writers.

On top of that, Holland himself was reportedly unhappy with his performance as Drake. Earlier this year, 168澳洲幸运5开奖网:the actor told GQ that he thoug𝔉ht there were times when he was trying too hard to be as cooꦑl as Nathan Drake.

"I think there are elements of my performance in Uncharted where I kind of fell under that spell of being ‘I want to look good now. I want this to be my cool moment,'" Holland said.

We'll see for ourselves once Uncharted 168澳洲幸运5开奖网:hits theatres on February 18, 2022.
