Every day, more and more 168澳洲幸运5开奖网:VALORANT fans are getting their hands on beta key drops from Twitch streams and with a total of ten agents to choose from, new players are often left wondering just who they should play. Before figuring out a mainꦺ for Riot's new tactical shooter, it's best to learn what differentiates the agents from each other, as well as the similarities between them.
Every agent in VALORANT has four unique abilities. Each ability offers some strategic element that determines what class an agent falls under. There are currently four classes in VALORANT to choose from. Initiators are agents who use their abilities to engage in a contested area. These agents are often the best at initiating large battles, hence their name. Duelists are agents who excel in single combat. Duelists' abilities help them secure kills, and you'll usually see a duelist's name at the top of the kills🍒 leaderboard.
Controllers are agents who's abilities allow them to take and hold control of an area. These agents are extremely useful in many situations, for example defending a bomb site or holding a choke point. Finally, sentinels provide utility for their teammates. Acquiring information on the enemy through vision is a significant part of winning a match of VALORANT. So now that൩ you know the similarities and differences between the agents, which one should you play?
For the Show-Off: Phoenix
When deciding on a main for VALORANT, your own play style is the single most important thing to consider. Phoenix is a duelist who's play can be summed up in one word: flashy. He plays with fire to set up clutches and show off his abilities. He utilizes a flash bang that goes around corners, blinding anyone hit, teammates in꧋cluded. He can throw a fireball and send out a wall of fire that both damages enemies and heals Phoenix. But perhaps the English agent's most flashy ability of his kit is his ultimate, which allows him to engage in a duel, and be teleported back to where the ability was cast when he dies or when the timer expires.
Phoenix's kit can be utౠilized in a number of different styles, though all of them have a common link: no matter how you play Phoenix, you're gonna look flashy doing it.
For the Skirmisher: Jett
Although many people argue that duelists are weak in the current state of the game due to their lack of utility, a skilled Jett player can silence the haters in a cloud of head clicks and dashes. Jett is the ultimate skirmisher; she can jump, dash and float around her enemies, set🐎ting up highlight reel plays. She can create clouds of smoke which block vision, and her ultimate allows the player to send a flurry of throwing knives which kills instantly on headshots.
For the Player who Plays Mind Games: Viper
Viper gets a lot ᩚᩚᩚᩚᩚᩚᩚᩚᩚ𒀱ᩚᩚᩚof flack for being weaker than other controll🐷ers such as Brimstone, but she has the unique capability of being able to hold down an entire point by herself, simply by placing down her ultimate. Viper's ultimate ability emits a massive cloud of gas in an area that lasts as long as she stays inside. To foes, vision is stifled in the cloud but enemies inside are highlighted to Viper.
The poison agent's other abilities revolve around her fuel. Viper can create a wall of gas, or a smok🦩e cloud at the cost of her fuel, which slowly regenerates when the abilities are turned off. Viper's kit allows for some tricky mind games that will surely leave her enemies confused.
For the Master of Intel: Cypher
It's no secret just how critical Cypher is to a winning team in VALORANT. Thܫe information about the location of his opponents 💛that the sentinel agent gathers through his traps, trip wires and spy camera is what makes Cypher one of the most widely considered strongest agents in the game.
Similar to Vipe💛r, Cypher can completely hold down a point by himself. His abilities allow him to control multiple choke points at once. Despite how crucial Cypher's kit is to his team, his utility heavy abilities lack in damage, and it's꧋ not uncommon to see a Cypher at the bottom of the kills leaderboard.
For the Support: Sage
Sage may very well be the 168澳洲幸运5开奖网:strongest agent in the game. Every ability in her kit provides a tremendous amount of utility, and not having a Sage on your team is the first step to losing a game of VALORANT. Sage has an area-of-effect slow, a wall that needs to be shot down to pass through, a hꦉeal over time, and her ultimate allows her to r꧙esurrect a fallen ally.
Sage is the glue that holds your team together. As Sage, you play as the backbone to your team; healing them when they get low, reviving them when they fall, blockinꦚg off the opponent and slowing them to allow your t𝄹eam to pick up the kill.
For the Schemer: Omen
"Schemes" are a great way to describe what Omen does on the field of battle. The controller can send out shadows in the shape of spheres that block vision. Omen also fires a projectile that can travel through walls, reducing the vision of anyone it touches. The agent also has two tele꧋portation abilities, allowing him to travel a short distance, or teleport to any location on the map.
Players can come up with scheme using Omen's kit, utilizing his abilities to hunt dꩲownꦏ the enemies and win the round.
For the Commander: Brimstone
Also considered one of the strong😼est agents in the game is Brimstone. As a controller, Brimstone's abilities can flush the enemies out of hiding into open ground. He has a incendiary grenad🌱e and a powerful ultimate that deals high amounts of damage to anyone caught in its circle.
Brimstone's stim beacon gives him and his teammates rapid-fire, and his sky smokes block vision. Brimstone is the perfect agent for any player who wants to lead their team to victory through gaining positional advantages in figh꧂ts.
For the Lover of Explosives: Raze
Raze's in your face play style is what characterizes her as a duelist. Every ability in her kit deals high amounts of damage in the form of explosives. Many people have 168澳洲幸运5开奖网:voiced their concerns with Raze's kit, saying that her damage-heavy abilities take away from the games tactical nature. But if you'r🌊e someone who likes blowing people up, Raze is the agent for you.
For the Instigator: Breach
Breach is an initiator who loves paving pathways for his team in contested ground. He has abilities ♌that work through walls, blinding and damaging enemies on the other side. When combined with information gained through the likes of Cypher and Sova, Breach's kit can be d𓆏evastating for enemies caught in his abilities.
For the Hunter: Sova
Sova is VALORANT's ultimate hunter. The initiator wields a bow and arrow that when shot, reveals enemies in a radius around the arrℱow. He can also use his bow to shoot a shock bolt that creates a field of static shock upon impact. Similar to Cypher's spy camera, Sova shoots out a spy drone that he can remotely pilot to spot out enemies. Sova's ultimate is a near global ability, which damages enemies in a straight line across the entire map.
Although Cypher is ab🔴le to gather more intel than Sova is, the hunter's 💧information-gathering abilities are still massively important to his team. And unlike Cypher's kit, Sova's allows him to deal damage and hunt down his enemies.
Still stuck on which agent is for you? Try them out! VALORANT allows for a myriad of different play styles and at the end of the day, the strongest agent in the game is the🐬 one you are best at.
