Upcoming first-person shooter VALORANT, developed by Riot Games, is currently the word on everybody's lips. The beta has sparked discussions about which features are great and 168澳洲幸运5开奖网:which need some work. With all of that, naturally, comes various different suggestions about how the game could be improved one way or another, and one great suggestion comes from Reddit user u/y⛦akibop.
concerns the economic system, specifically the Buy menu which allows the player to purchase a new weapon to add to their arsenal. This menu also showcases all the weapon's stats and specifications, as well as how much damage it deals. However, as things currently stand, the stats and specs are displayed in a very basic way, with just simple text against a semi-transparent background. The Reddit user has a different take on the idea, how🔯ever, and it's definitely atten🏅tion-grabbing.
Using the Vandal weapon as an example, and in the pursuit of being more informative but also aesthetically pleasing, u/yakibop omits the simple text stats and replaces them with 𝓀icons and diagrams, with the text complimenting them instead of taking center stage. As well as the stat bars and icons, the user also proposes a diagram in the form of a human body silhouette, that explains how much damage the weapon deals🍨 depending on what area of the body of the opposing player is hit.
It seems that his suggestion of how the buy menu can be improved has struck gold (literally) with the rest of the VALORANT community, as the original post is currently at 4.8k upvotes and has received one Reddit G🅘old aw💝ard, with the comment section borderline rampaging about how good this suggested improvement looks, while also expressing disappointment after going back into the game (which is currently in closed beta) only to find that the Buy menu doesn't look like u/yakibop's improved version.
With all that being said, we definitely agree with the positive feedback. Not only is the suggested improvement more concise, more aesthetically pleasing and more informative, it would just make acquiring a new firearm a lot more satisfying. With the intense positive feedback that u/yakibop's post has received within only 11 days, we can only hope that Riot Games takes the suggestion on board, and looks to improve and finesse the Buy menu when the full game drops this summer. It's also important to remember that VALORANT is still currently in closed beta, and all kinds of improvements and changes can🌟 happen to the game before it's released, and I sincerely hope that this Buy menu redux is one of them.
VALORANT is currently in closed beta, and is set to launch summer 2020 for the PC platform only.
