Klara Böhringer, better known as Killjoy, is a sentinel agent in known for her witty versatile abilities that let her hold Spike Sites on her own. With her S♏entry Bot, Alarm Bot, and Nanoswarm Grenades, pushing sites with her can be slow and painful.
Behind the gameplay, however, is a quirky genius who loves building adorable bots and other technology. She is responsible for a large amount of the Valorant Protocol's technology and is often seen in cinematics and player cards tinkering at her workbench. Killjoy is very confident in her abilities and can often be heard during in-game voice lines bragging about her inventions.
10 She Was The Head Of Kingdom's R&D
In Valorant's lore, Kingdom is a corporation that exists on both Alpha and Omega Earth. While players know that she is a genius, Fade's dossier on Killjoy specifically states that she was the head of the Research and Development teams at Kingdom at the young age of 18.
Unfortunately, her young age also made her naive about how her inventions would be used, with Fade criticizing her for not considering the harmful ways her inventions could be used by others. This is also apparent when listening to Killjoy's voice lines, as many of them revolve around her paying more attention to technology than the implications of killing the enemy team.
9 She Invented The Spiꦐke Defuser
The spike defuser is an integral part of Valorant's gameplay, but you might not know that it was an improvised creation. In Valorant's Duality cinematic, Killjoy is shown frantically analyzing an armed spike with a touchpad and an incomplete defuser.
After pulling the radianite power source from her sentry bot, she attempts to disarm the spike but fails. Thankfully, with Phoenix's help, she is able to super-heat the power core and manages to defuse the spike just in the nick of time.
8 She Has A Clo༺se Relationship With B🐈rimstone
Killjoy and Brimstone are known for having a close relationship. Having known one another since before the Valorant Protocol, they worked together for years at Kingdom. Brimstone affectionately calls Killjoy "kid&qu♒ot; in his voice lines.
Killjoy is responsible for 168澳洲幸运5开奖网:Brimstone's bracer and grenade launcher and helps him troubleshoot his bracer when he has issues. Two pre-round voice lines confirm this, the first one with Killjoy telling Brimstone that his bracer isn't frozen; it's locked, and the second when she offers to embed his bracer directly into his arm.
7 ⛄ Her Turret Can Walk Around
Killjoy's iconic bird-faced turret is great at spotting enemies and doing chip damage with its three-round burst. While it is stationary in-game, Killjoy's turret is actually capable of running around and behaves somewhat like a dog which is shown as it scampers around in the Secret Laboratory cinematic that Riot released when the 168澳洲幸运5开奖网:League of Legends show, Arcane, on Netflix.
Interestingly, the turret also shows some signs of sentien🍌ce as it runs from Killjoy when she attempts to put it in a Heimerdinger turret cosplay.
6 She Lo🅺ves League Of Legends
Along with the Secret Laboratory cinematic, Killjoy is also shown as a League of Legends fan in an . The post is of Killjoy's PC setup, where you can see her solo queuing in League with several other Valorant agents on her friends list.
Behind the League launcher, you can see a screenshot from Arcane of Vi and Jinx, which is the same picture seen in the cinematic. Additionally, mounted on the wall, you can find a replica of 168澳洲幸运5开奖网:Jinx's Zapper pistol.
5 She Has Other Bots ☂ 🎶
In the Valorant cinematic, Shattered, it is shown that Killjoy sometimes brings other bots besides her 🌄turret and alarm bot with her. While hacking the computer on Omega Earth, Killjoy teleports in three never before seen bots.
One is a floating disk bot capable of typing with several metal balls that drop out of it. Another orb-shaped bot is equipped with high-voltage arms capable of cutting through metal and tasering people. The last bot is rather simple and seems to work as a data storage unit. What's interesting is that Killjoy has given all of her bots personalities, like her turret, which is seen while the orb robot does a little dance when the data storage bot starts to download data.
4 She's Dating Raze
Raze and Killjoy have been shown by Riot to be close for a long time, with voice lines between them about tinkering together and player cards showing the two with work benches next to one another. While the extent of their relationship was unknown for years, Riot posted several Twitter posts with pictures of several agents in Raze's hometown of Salvador, Brazil.
In several of the pictures, it can be seen that Killjoy is missing her hat, but later pictures show Raze giving Killjoy a box to Killjoy containing the missing hat. The final image posted shows Raze and Killjoy 🍃kissing after Killjoy has opened the box.
3 🌄 She Mad꧒e A Bot Capable Of Beating Several Of Her Fellow Agents (Including Herself)
Among Killjoy's projects, she once partnered with Raze to modify a cleaning bot into a training bot called Maxbot. Maxbot was armed with several of the Valorant agents' abilities and gear, including a Killjoy turret-style gun on its shoulder, Raze's grenades, and KAY/O's NULL/CMD.
Maxbot was able to hack Raze's Boombot and Killjoy's turret, turning them against the two. In the end, it took several Valorant agents to gang up on the bot to defeat it before Sage used a Barrier Orb to crush it against the ceiling.
2 She Created A Te👍leporter To Access Omega Earth
To add to the list of Killjoy's accomplishments, she was able to build a teleporter that allowed Alpha Earth agents to go to Omega Earth. Prior to this, teleporters on Alpha Earth were only able to travel short distances, with one example being the teleporters on Bind.
The teleporter was a major accomplishment for Alpha Earth's agents, as every prior encounter with their copies had taken place on Alpha Earth. It was the first opportunity for Alpha Earth to go on the offensive, allowing them access to the city of Pearl.
1 ꦍ She Has A🦂 Spotify Playlist
What you might not know about Valorant's agents is that every agent has an . The playlists differ from agent to agent, but all are themed around their places of origin and personalities. For Killjoy, this means a playlist filled with various EDM songs, mostly of the Techno sub-genre.
Among the artists featured are Boris Brejcha, Teho, and Dapayk. This style fits well with Killjoy's tech-based personality; it is easy to picture Killjoy vibing to her playlist while tinkering in her lab or playing League of Legends.
