The majority of stuff in VALORANT can be unlocked using VALORANT Points, including things like Agent Contracts, Premium Battle Passes, and cosmetics. Radianite Points are an “used to evolve certain weapon skins and other content types in the game.” The key word here being "evolve," so you can't technically buy new s༒kins, but you can buy upgradesꦰ for them using Radianite Points.

They in fact provide the only means of evolving your weapon skins. They still don't make said weapons any stronger, though, they just look real cool.

So how do you actually earn Radianite Points? The first option is to unlock some via your Ignition: Act 1 Battle Pass by completing Contracts, which allows you to earn up to 30 Radianite Points for free. You can earn a further 100 by purchasing the Premium Pass for 1,000 VALORANT Points (about $10).

Otherwise, you can purchase them using VALORANT Points themselves (which are bought wi𝓰th real-life money). Here are the required amounts of each currency involved (including real-life dollars):

  • 20 Radianite Points = 1,600 VALORANT Points (~$15 USD).
  • 40 Radianite Points = 2,800 VALORANT Points (~$25 USD).
  • 80 Radianite Points = 4,800 VALORANT Points (~$45 USD).

With your Radianite Points in hand, you will now be able to those hands on some new skins for weapons that you have in your 🍒Colleไction. Follow these steps to do so:

    1. Select the weapon from your Collection whose skin you'd like to upgrade.
    2. Select the skin.
    3. To the right, you should see a table that shows available upgrades.
    4. Purchase the upgrade using your Radianite Points. Upgrades usually cost between 10 and 15 Points.

And voila! Now that you know what Radianite Points are all about, wha﷽t will you be spendi🌼ng yours on?
