Winstrike Team has come under fire recently for allegedly violating multiple contractual o⛄bligations over the past year, including missed payment deadlines for the players and teams they manage.

In an , forZe esports, Virtus.pro (VP), Gambit Esports, and HellRaisers accused Wi♋nstrike Team of lacking professionalism and refusing to submit payments in a timely manne🅺r.

VP claimed that in a deal where a player was transferred from their management to Winstrike, Winstrike was supposed to submit a pꦑayment to VP with൲in the following month. However, VP claims Winstrike didn't fulfill their payment obligations until six months after the matter, and that the player in questions still has not received his share of the payment.

Meanwhile, ForZe esports claimed that after Winstrike purchased one of their rosters, they were to submit𒀰 their payment by 21 February 2020. The Winstrike Sports Director requested to reduce the amount owed in the contract by 50 percent, which forZe agreed to, provided the payment was sent before the end🎐 of February.

Once the new conditions ൩were worked out, however, forZe claims that Winstrike ceased communications with them and haven't responded to any of their requests. ForZe sent a complaint to Winstrike at the end of March, and has threaten♛ed to sue if its conditions are not met.

It's not just these esports organizations claiming that Winstrike is duping them, either. The Dota 2 player, Vladimir "RodjER" Nikogosyan, joined Winstrike Team on 18 November 2019, and has been acting as their captain for for four months. However, he reportedly hasn't received any of the transfer payment🍬 he was promise𒀰d to this date.

Another Dota 2 player, Ilya "ALOHADANCE" Korobkin, was transferred from HellRaisers to Winstrike's roster in November 2019, and was promised a lump sum within the same month according to his contract. Instead of complying to the contract's terms, HellRaisers claims that Winstrike sent ALOHADANCE several, smaller monthly payments 🌄spanning from December 2019 to March 2020 until the payment agreed 🔯upon was complete.

Since then, Winstrike has stopped communicating with HellRaisers in the same way they have w🏅ith forZe, ignoring requests for penalty payments for their delay in submitting the transfer fee. Both ALOHADANCE and RodjER left Winstrike Team in February.

All authors of the open letter are taking legal action against Winstrike at the moment. They claim that they didn't want to make the situation public until recܫently, but "the behavior of the Winstrike leadership does not leave us hopeful for a peaceful settlement of the issue." They hope the legal action in combination with the attention of the esports community will make Winstrike more willing to fulfill its obligations.
