The Realms within are populated by many disparate factions, perhaps none more reviled than those belonging to Grand Alliance Death. Populated by denizens of the undead, when these armies mobilize the land of the living quakes in fear. Led by their lord, the great Nagash, they seek to eliminate all living being🥃s that cross their path.

For the🌃 living, there is no greater punishment, as even death is not a surety. Many of those s𝓰lain find themselves subjugated to Nagash and forced to fight for his cause.

Who Is Nagash?

Necromancer Nagash is the self-proclaimed God of Death and controls the Realm of Shyish. His rise to prominence had been planned in secret. Slowly he built his temple, The Black Pyram🐽id. Surrounded by obsidian monoliths, it was a majestic sight. Sigmar and the Gods saw this as a feebled attempt at showing off, but the true intent laid hidden until it was too late

Nagash began the ritual to unite all the underworlds of Shyish deep within the Pyramid. Upon realizing what Nagash was up to, Sigmar acted swiftly, but it was too late, the magic of the realm was drawn to the center where the temple lay and was converted into Death Magic. Nagash succeeded in his goal, but the fallout🐻 would soon be felt as the explosive force of the act reverberated across all the Realms bringing with it the spirits of the undead. This became known as the Necroquake and was the turning point, ushering in a new era with Nagash have a foothold in each of the Realms.

Legions Of Nagash

The Legions of Nagash form the largest group of undead, serving as a catch-all for the recently deceased. There is a neverending supply of souls forced to fight. The eerie image of Deathrattle Skeletons commanded by Vampires and Mortarchs is carve꧑d into the souls of those who bear witness. Marching in legions across the field of war they are joined by other creatures of the corporeally challenged. Skeletal riders of the Black Knights charge into battle with their standaꦐrds raised, while contingents of Banshees, Zombies, and Wraiths spawn from the crypts that have housed them for eons.

Flesh-eater Courts

Ghoul-like beasts, the Flesh-eater Courts fancies themselves as the arꦕistocracy, nobles of the great houses and elegant warriors. 🍰The truth is that they are foul beasts driven by an anthropophilic hunger. This primal thirst makes them formidable foes. To attack them means death - better to run, but even then, the pale creatures move swiftly and with cunning as they seek to feast. They're able to heal themselves as they fight they keep a tenacious hold onto their existence.

Nighthaunt

The ethereal Nighthaunts have long lost their physical body, now wraith they hunt all that lives ready to punish them with 🏅eternal damnation. There is no compassion, as all emotion has been removed leaving nothing but emptiness, anger, and hatred. As they wander the battlefields🔥 they are accompanied by a ghostly fog that maunders about encapsulating everything in its wake. Emerging from the mist, they invoke fear into the enemy as arrows and attacks miss their mark, sailing through the nebulous beings.

Ossiarch Bonereapers

The Ossiarch Bonereapers are the latest creation of the Necromancer Nagash. They are purpose-built for war, with Necromancers acting as an artisan woulﷺd, carefully crafting and molding each bone into something new. The perfect warrior of the undead. It is not just the bones that are molded, so too are the souls of each warrior. A carefu💛l blending is undertaken, matching the construct with the right combination of soul elements.

They laid hidden until the timing was right.
