In the months since its release, 168澳洲幸运5开奖网:Call of Duty: Warzone has already established itself as one of the most popular battle royale games out there. Like every other game in the genre, players are expecting the Warzone map to change at some point, and all signs are pointing towards a Cold War-themed map dropping later thi🐲s year.

The rumors first began when a showed what appears to be unreleased Warzone footage, indicating that a brand new map, named Urziks๊tan, is on its way. This lꦿed to players speculating that the map would be dropping along with the game's fourth season, which is due out in the next month or so.

GamingRevolution, a reputable leaker who is widely accepted as the official source on unofficial Call of Duty info, debunked these theories, indicating that Urzikstan would not be coming in Season 4. Instead, the leaker, who correctly predicted the first Warzone map earlier this year, hinted th❀at the Cold War-themed map❀ could be coming later on in 2020 instead.

This theory certainly makes the most sense, as another Call of Duty: Black Ops game is expected to hit shelves in late 2020. The Black Ops series is known for focusing on the Vietnam and Cold Wars, meaning that a new release would be the perfect time to drop a new Cold War-themed Warzone map.

It would also fall in line with 168澳洲幸运5开奖网:recent statements from Infinity Ward narrative director, Taylor Kurosaki. According to Kurosaki, Warzone will be a part of the next generation of gaming, evolving with each new Call of Duty release. This means that a Cold War-themed Warzone map dropping with a new Black Ops game makes perfect sense.

Kurosaki also hinted that players haven't discovered everything yet to be seen in the Verdansk map, and we're likely to experience more changes as time rolls on. It seems to be much more likely that some map alterations will be coming with Modern Warfare's Season 4, as opposed to an entirely new map.

Either way, it sounds like Warzone won't be going anywhere soon. The fresh new game mode has breathed new life into the Call of Duty series, and we're likely to see more of it as time goes o♓n.
