One of the most appealing traits of the zany 168澳洲幸运5开奖网:Borderlands series is its array of insane and bizarre guns. This is especially the case in the expansive, loot-heavy Borderlands 3. Gearbox's latest, most chaotic installment of the series sports a seemingly endless assortment of weapons and variations.
You've got all sorts of crazy options at your disposal - from rocket-firing pistols 𒁃to toxic slu🌞dge-spewing shotguns to guns that speak to you.
With this list, we'll comb the archives of the Borderlands series and cover 10 of the craziest and weirdest guns you can get your hands onꦑ.
10 🐈 🌼 Ten Gallon (Borderlands 3)
Tediore-manufactured weapons are fairly standard, aside from their odd reload feature, which has you toss the weapon away as it explodes. Yet, the Ten Gallon from Borderlands 3 takes this one step further into absurdity.
After reloading, the discarded gun will begin to float and follow the character, as if possessed by the ghost of a dead 168澳洲幸运5开奖网:Vault Hunter. This poltergeist of an SMG will then act as a sort of hovering drone gun. Eventually, it will turn into a magazine and drift b🃏ack into the player's gun after subsequent discards.
9 📖 The Ban꧂e (Borderlands 2)
This SMG is an assault on players' eardrums as much🎶 as it's an assault on your in-game targets. While it can do crazy damage close-range, you won't want to wield this immensely slowing, screaming weapon for too long, especially at a distance.
And when we say screaming - we mean that in the literal sense. When holding down the trigger, you'll be treated to an endless barrage of high-pitched screeching which is only slightly less grating than nails on a chalkboard.
It can be obtained by completing the optional BL2 mission by the same name.
8 🦄 Cutie Killer (💖Borderlands: The Pre-Sequel)
You can tell this is a weird one solely based on the symbol-laden name of this fire-spewing SMG. This can be secured in The Pre-Sequel in the Subconscious as part of the Saw-esque mission, The Sum of Some Fears.
This isn't just bizarre for its overload glitch, which makes it fire slower and consume twice the ammo while amping up critical hit damage. No, this weapon contains a high-pitched voice that's a bit too enthusiastic about the prospect of taking out enemies - as it often barks "kill!" at you in a number of ways.
7 𝕴 The Landscaper (Borderlands 2) 🌞
Shotgunꦚs tend to be beasts at close-range while sacrificing in the accuracy department. This Torgue shotty basically takes these traits one step further by spraying a quadfecta of grenade-♏like projectiles at enemies.
The inaccuracy and slow-moving projectiles essentially force you to fire at point-blank rang꧋e to even have a "shot" at hitting your targets. What's worse is that you also put yourself in danger of being ꦅhit by your own explosive shots; a feature that would be pretty tough to pull off with most weapons.
Basically, this gun's more effective at laying shots near your targets as makeshiܫft landmines tha💫n firing right at them.
6 ꦦ 💝 Morningstar (Borderlands 2)
If you eve🌜r wanted to experience a weapon that🦩 constantly, passive-aggressively criticizes you, the Morningstar sniper is for you.
Completing the Hyperion Contract 873 in The Highlands will land you this seemingly normal sniper rifle. You'll quickly discover that this is no ordinary🧸 rifle, though, as you'll be berated by some unknown voice that's apparently meant to resemble a nagging spouse.
It's actually a pretty solid weapon, and is almost worth putting up with frequent remarks like "Wonderful shot, murderer!" and "oh great, now you're wasting ammo!"
5 🦄 Smart Gun XXL (Borderlands 3) 🐻
If y🍎ou thought tossing explosive guns or floating drones was bizarre, try a weapon that plants a makeshift brain-spider turret with legs when reloading!
One of the first amusing new features to be shown by Gearbox during the was a gꦡun with legs. Well, they managed to further dial up the absurdity with this Krang-inspired SMG. Forget tossing exploding guns or floating drones - this Torgue weapon definitely takes the cake in terms of weirdness.
If you want to play around with this gun, you'll have to hope 🍎for Gigamind to drop it. He's located in Meridian Metrople🦩x on Promethea.
4 ౠ Fibber (Borderlands 2/Pre Sequel)
This appropriately-named pistol from BL2 is about🐻 as erratic and unpredictable as it gets. Its color scheme is meant🐻 to resemble the notorious liar Pinnochio, and for good reason.
You'll want to pay attention to its barrel, as it comes with different effects and projectiles dependingౠ on which one you've got.
One of them unleashes slow, shotgun-like pellets, while another launches ricocheting bullets that shatter into additional pellets. The third variation fires off buꦚllets in an inconvenient, imprecise arc. Basically, you aren't going to want to rely on this random mess of a pistol. It's really more of an amusing novelty rather ꧅than a practical weapon.
3 Eridian Fabricat𝔉or (Borderlands 3)
Here's a mind-bending paradox of a gun for you - how about a gun that shoots guns? This thing, commonly known by fans as simply the "Gun Gun," consumes instead of bullets and fires a s🎉lew of guns that are green to purple in rarity. Basically, this weapon is a random generator of lo🌟ot rather than, well, an actual "weapon."
If you just can't s▨eem to get eno🌠ugh loot, you can get this coveted item by completing the mission Footsteps of Giants, found in Dosolation's Edge on Nekrotafeyo.
2 💟 Porꦚta-Pooper 5000 (Borderlands 3)
Rocket launchers can be particularly weird in the Borderlands series, and this 🅘laugher from the 3rd in💛stallment just reinforces this.
You c🌼ould perhaps say that this rocket launcher is a plumber's worst nightmare.
As you might have guessed from the name, this launcher tosses toxic puddles of what appear to be feces at your poor targets. To make things even weirder, the weapon also speaks to you. And yes, it does fittingly c🅷ome laced with the Radiation elemental effect. Despite its silliness, it's quite the beast, and you can obtain it from the mission Porta Prison.
1 Gettleburger (Borderlands🔯 3)
It's tough to match the wackiness of a poo-firing rocket launcher, but this one just has to take the ca꧟ke - or in this case, the burger.
As you might have guessed, the Gettleburger - decorated with an animated burger skin - launches juicy burgers at its targets. But what's even stranger is that the burgers then explode into little corrosive bombs. While its splash-damage radius and corrosive output a🎃re admirable, there's not much to this burger-flinging bea𓆏st outside its funny novelty.
Still, if you're craving this launcher, you c♏an get it from the mission Dynasty Diner in Meridian Metropl🐓ex.
