But before you can freely explore these sunny, southern lands, you'll need to finish its main quests: the Beast of Toussaint, and Blood Run. 10 ✱ 💟 Arthach Palace Ruins

The Arthach Palace Ruins are the abandoned remains of an elven palace. To find it, head north from 168澳洲幸运5开奖网:Dulcinea's Windmill, where yo🐼u face the Golyat. But don’t head straight for it as soon as you arrive in✤ Toussaint. The ruins are occupied by a group of bandits and can be difficult to clear out at lower levels.

Once you’ve leveled up some, return here and carefully clear out all of the bandits. Once the bandits are taken care of, the ruins are placed under the protection of the Toussaint Ducal Guard. A blacksmith will also move into the ruinsꦡ and be available for trade.

9 ಌ 👍Plegmund’s Bridge

A good place you can visit early is Plegmund’s Bridge. The bridge is a short walk to the north-west from Dulcinea's Windmill. Making your way towards Liam and Matilda will trigger a small cutscene. If you agreꩲe to help Liam, you’ll receive the quest Wine Wars: Coronata. Afterward, if you speak to Matilda, she’ll ask you to help her instead. If you agree, you’ll receive the quest Wine Wars: Vermentino. You can choose to help only one side if you want or help them both. This serves as a good entry point to explore the area, gaining valuable insight into the northern area of Toussaint.

8 💝 Tourney Grounds 📖

As part of the main quest, the Beast of Toussaint, you'll find yourself at the Tourney Grounds in the western part of the duchy. While you're here, pick up the side quest Warble of a Smitten Knight. Speak to G♍uillaume de Launfal to begin the quest. The quest will have you actually participating in, and training for, the tourney.

You’ll also find a handful of useful NPCs here, including a blacksmith, armorer, barber, a🐲nd innkeeper. This makes it a convenient place to prepare yourself beforꦓe continuing your journey. Make sure all of your equipment is ready to go before continuing either with the main quest or the side quest.

7 🍰 Corvo Bianco Vineyard 𒁃

One of the best perks of the Blood and Wine expansion is access to the Corvo Bianco Vineyard. By doing the main quest, you will receive the deed to the property as partial payment for a contract from Duchess Anna Henrietta. The house can be upgraded by speaking to the Majordomo. Two of the best upgrades are the Armourer's Table and the Grindstone.⛎ These will allow you to buff your armor a♛nd weapons, ensuring your equipment will always be combat-ready.

Dun Tynne Castle is near the center of its own region in the eastern part of Toussaint. It's a🌸lso part of the main story quest called Capture the Castle. If you haven't finished the Warble of a Smitten Knight, do that before you start this quest. If you don't, the side-quest will fail and you'll be unable to finis🌞h it.

While in the middle of Capture the Castle, you won't be able💙 to do any other quests, so be sure you don't have anything else you want to go finish.

5 ൩ Mont Crane Castle ꦬ

East of Dun Tynne 🤪Castle is 🌺the Mont Crane Castle. It's a hansa base, so prepare for bandits. While it is possible to take the first level at a relatively low level, the upper level will require much more experience.

But the challenge is . In the castle, you'll find diagrams for a steel sword, gauntlets, and boots that are part of the School of the Griffin Gr🍌andmasters set. Using this set of medium armor, you'll gain increased stamina regeneration along with significant boosts to your damage resistance stats.

4 Beauclair

As the capital of Toussaint, Beauclair serves as a central hub for the duchy. Many sidequests can be found in or around the city, and the abundance of shops will ensu🌱re that you🧸'll be able to stock up on just about anything you're missing.

If you're a fan of Gwent, the Witcher's card game, you can participate in a fun side-quest involving a Gwent tournament. Head over to an inn, such as the Cockatrice Inn, and play until you win a Skellige card. This will automatically tౠri🐻gger the sidequest. You'll need to win using the Skellige Gwent deck, which can be an interesting challenge.

3 🧸 Cianfanelli ওBank

The branch of the Cianfanelli Ban🐬k in Toussaint is located in the Gran'place in Beauclair. You can access the standard banking services, such as exchanging orens and florens into crowns, and applying for loans. This can come in handy if you don't have the coin to upgrade the Corvo Bian🍎co Vineyard.

The bank is also the scene of the side-quest Paperchase. To start the quest, head south of the bank towards Trentin's workshop. A man nearby will call out to you. He'll tel💫l you that he owes you money from years back and he's kept an account in your name at the bank. Head over to the bank to collect your reward.

2 ꦿ ཧ Francollarts

Francolla👍rts is a small village in the south. Much of the surrounding area is linked to various main story quests, so you don't need to go out of your way to explore this place much. Many of its interesting points are meant for level 40+, so its best to stay away until you need to go there for a quest.

But the small village isn't without any benefits to the player. There is an armor💧er here, but you'll need to free him from his bandit captors before you can buy from him, or challenge him to a game of Gwent.

Witcher Toussaint Prison

On the Crane Isle in the river southwest of Flovive stands the Toussaint Prison. The prison was initially created as a sꦕolution to a ඣleprosy epidemic. Once the lepers died, the island was adapted into a prison.

There is a treasure hunt quest that you can do at any time, but its main purpose is for a story quest near the end of the game. Until that quest, you💞 won't be able to freely explore the prison, so until then, go diving for sunken treasure and remember this place for future reference.
