Triss of 168澳洲幸运5开奖网:The Witcher is actually a really interesting character, and hopefully, we see that reflected in the show available to stream on . While many fans of the games might have their🌠 own reasons to like Triss, there are some things about her that not everyone knows, especially since there's an entire book series in which she's something of a main character.

Far from just a really interesting choice for a love interest for Geralt, our protagonist, Triss has a pretty d❀ecently fleshed out personality and backstory all her own, forging a life for herself as a powerful sorceress.

10 She Helped Form The Lodge Of Sorceresse💞s 🥂

The Lodge of Sorceresses in The Witcher

There have been tons of groups of sorceresses throughout the history of the series, but two of the most important grou꧙ps had Triss right at the forefront. When Nilfgaard attacked Sodden Hill in an attempt to expand into the Northern Territories, obviously Triss had a stake in the argument.

Not only was she opposed to the imperialism of Nilfgaard, but she was the magic🐈al advisor to king Foltest of Temaria, meaning that she had no choice but to fight in the war. Other than that incarnation, she also helped form a brigade of sorceresses to oppose Radovid when he basically made magic illegal.

9 𝓀She Was Originally Thought Dead After Sodden Hill

battle of sodden hilll

The 𝓡giant epic battle that took place at Sodden Hill claimed many lives, and most likely would h💝ave taken countless more if it hadn't been for Yennefer's awesome display of magic that got rid of most of Nilfgaard's forces.

About 13 sorceresses were confirmed to have died during that ill-fated battle, and Triss was assumed to be♒ the 14th, since her hair was burned, she lost consciousness, and ended up l🧜aying on the battlefield almost lifeless. This earned her the nickname "The 14th Of The Hill.

8 ꧃🔯 Yen Isn't The Only Lady Who Helped Raise Ciri

triss ciri

When most people think of the closest thing that Ciri ever had to a mother, they probably think of Yennefer. It's not that this is incorrect considering Triss is usually referred to by the developers as being like a b♒ig sister to Ciri, but there are some things she did with Triss that she didn't do with Yennefer.

Triss taught𓆉 her how to wear makeup, how to control most of her newfound magical abilities, and how to deal with some feminine problems that Vesemir and Geralt didn'🧜t really have much knowledge about.

7 🐼 🌼 She's Allergic To Potions

allergic to potions

One of the stranger things about Triss considering she's a sorc💫eress and has a pretty good knowledge of botany and how to make plants work together to achieve the desired effects from a potion.

The only is♈sue here is that she's allergic to magically enhanced potions and therefore has to rely only on natural herbal remedies. That doesn't stop her from always carrying around a pouch of potions for whatever purpose she might end up needing them on the road.

6 ⛎ S🃏he Appeared On The Cover Of A Polish Playboy

For some reason, that reason being that the series is incredibly popular in the author's home country of Poland, Triss ended up doing some modeling fo𝐆r the Polish version of a well-known girly magazine called Playboy.

The issue featured news on the second game in the series as a promotional♏ maneuver by CD PROJECT, and it seems to have worked because the issue sold well, now being a collector's item.

5 She Placed A Spell On Geralt With൩out His Permission ꧋

Triss and Geralt

While Triss is usually regarded by the fans a𝔍s being one of the sweeter sorceressesღ in general, and definitely in comparison to the extremely moody Yennefer, she definitely has a darker side that isn't seen incredibly frequently in the games. That being said, she's made some decisions that have been pretty questionable.

One of th𓄧e biggest examples is how she put a spell on Geralt to make him fall in love with her, which ended up backfiring in a not so magical way when he fell out of love and left her.

4 ꩲ The Town She's From Was Home To A Giant Se🐟rpent

maribor

Triss is from a town that isn't really talked about in many other places in the series, other than when people are referring to the town Triss was born. This town does have a really interesting bit of lore about it though since it was once home to a pretty gross monster, even in terms of the🔜 universe that it's from.

The city she's from is called Maribor, which is actually the second-largest city in Temaria. Alzur the mage conjured a monster called a Viy, which was🍰 a gigantic centipede that ended up destroying the city back in the day.

3 In The Books, She Has Burn Scar🍒s

While Triss is depicted as being absolutely beautiful in the games (and in the books) the games seem to leave out the fact that she has some ⛦pretty i🔯ntense burn scars.

All of the sorceresses undergo a process to become the most beautiful versions of themselves they can imagine before they go out to be advisors, buꦑt Triss had already had the procedure completed befor🃏e she got burnt in the battle of Sodden Hill.

2 She H♉as A Bit Of A Rivalry With Yennefer

While in t🔥he games it seems like Yennefer and Triss have mostly put their rivalry aside and forgott🔜en about being upset about what happened with the two of them and Geralt, they still harbor some pretty tough feelings towards each other.

Triss is still just a little bit i🅰n love wit🌠h Geralt, and it's clear also that Yennefer probably wouldn't have minded doing more for Ciri while she was at Kaer Morhen acting as her mother, rendering Triss obsolete.

1 She Could Have Saved Ciri's Life 🐼 🦄

could have saved ciris life

One of the more controversial decisions that the Witchers have made is that they were planning on making Ciri undergo 🧸the Trial Of The Grasses when she was doing her Witcher training.

While this would have helped her be able to see in the dark and have better reflexes, there's ꦕalso the fact that 3 out of every 10 possible candidates to become Witchers survive as children when they undergo the trial. Triss cautioned heavily against this because she was worried for Ciri, and while Ciri still went through some tough stuff at Kaer Morhen, she didn't go through the full trial which likely would have killed her.
